Steps to transforming radiology operations

Establish goalsIn this phase, radiology department leaders measure baseline performance and identify improvement areas, with defined targets based on internal and external benchmarks (built into the Analytics — Real-time Dashboard).

Technology adoptionThis phase includes installation and configuration of the application hardware and software, mapping of data sources and workflow systems, and the development of key performance indicators that will measure the productivity improvements.
