The Admission is scheduled to be held on 11 th December 2020 at 10:00 AM in the premises of the Centre. The Interview will be followed by Admission to the Programme, which has to be taken by the applicant on his/her own . No representative(s) will be considered for the purpose of the Admission Interview. Candidates from both the Merit and Waiting List(s) should be present in the premises of the Centre latest by 10:00 AM . As the entire Admission Process shall be completed at one go until admission to all the 18 seats is completed, eligible candidates, who are not present when their names are called by the Admission Committee, will forfeit the right of their seat to the next eligible candidate from the Merit / Waiting List(s), who is present in the premises at the time. Selected students shall have to bring the following documents in original along with self- attested photocopies of all the testimonials at the time of Admission Interview: 01. Print copy of the Online Application Form submitted by the applicant along with the photocopies of all relevant testimonials HSLC Admit Card All relevant Mark-sheets (HSLC, HS, Degree & Master’s of all semesters) Pass certificates (HSLC, HS, Degree, Master’s Degree) Degree/ Master’s Degree Registration Card Character Certificate from the Head of the Institution/ Department/ Centre last attended. Caste Certificate (if selected under reserved category) Domicile Certificate/ Permanent Residency Certificate (PRC) of Assam No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the appropriate authority/employer (if employed) for attending the Programme. Gap Certificate or Affidavit (in case a selected candidate has an academic gap of above two years ) Print copy of the Online Application Form submitted by the applicant. 02. The Admission Fees, Course Fees, etc, as per the Fee Structure given in the Website, that is to be paid by the candidates at the time of admission through online mode , by using their Debit Card / Credit Card or Internet banking. 03. The Selection and Admission of the candidates covered by this Notification shall be purely provisional and subject to fulfillment of requisite norms of Qualifying Examinations and other relevant criteria.

ADMISSION NOTIFICATION
FOR POST GRADUATE DIPLOMA IN COUNSELLING PSYCHOLOGY (PGDCP) PROGRAMME
FOR THE ACADEMIC SESSION 2020-21
The following applicants have been provisionally selected (on the basis of the admission
eligibility norms notified in the ADMISSION NOTIFICATION of the PGDCP programme) for
appearing in the INTERVIEW for admission into the PGDCP programme of the Centre for Studies
in Applied Psychology (CSAP), Dibrugarh University, for the academic session 2020-21. The
Admission is scheduled to be held on 11th December 2020 at 10:00 AM in the premises of the

In case a candidate is unable to produce any of the documents mentioned above for any valid reasons thereof, the ADMISSION COMMITTEE reserves the right to cancel the candidature of the candidates.
In all matters related to admission into the PGDCP Programme of the CSBS, DU, for the academic session 2020-21, the decision of the ADMISSION COMMITTEE for this session will be considered as final.
Utmost care has been taken to ensure accuracy in preparing the list. Any discrepancy,
if detected, may be brought to the notice of the undersigned immediately.
NB
No separate call letter will be issued to Candidates seeking admission to the PGDCP programme.
Two (02) seats will be offered under Endowment category which will be filled up from the list of Candidates of the Merit/ Waiting List. For admission in this category, candidate will have to give a written application for consideration in this category.
