Panther Cub Preschool LessonsBasic aquatic safety and survival skills are taught to establish children’s comfort in and around the water. Open to toilet-trained children between the ages of 3 and 4. Parents will assist their children in the locker rooms and may observe from the pool deck bleachers. Membership FeesMembership in the Community Aquatics Program is required for participation in ALL programs, including Recreational Swims. Fees are charged to cover costs associated with program mailings and session staffing. Membership is valid through August 31, 2014. Fees are not refundable. Individual: $2/Resident; $15/Non-ResidentFamily: $5/Resident; $25/Non-Resident

RegistrationRegistration in all sessions is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to Central York School District residents.

ConfirmationMailing a registration form and payment does not guarantee registration in a session or class. You will be asked to indicate your preference for registration confirmation - letter or email - on the enclosed registration form. If the class is filled when we receive your registration form and payment, we will return both to you as promptly as possible. If you are registered successfully, you will receive confirmation prior to the start of your session.

Adult Beginner Swim Lessons Intermediate aquatic safety and introductory swimming techniques are taught to increase comfort in the water. Open to swimmers 18 years of age and older, with little to no experience in the water. Beginner and Intermediate DivingBeginner Diving is typically open to members between the ages of 8 and 18 who are able to swim one length of the pool without assistance. Front and back take-offs, as well as five basic dives, will be introduced. Intermediate Diving is for class participants who have advanced beyond the Beginner Diving level; Instructor will make this determination after the first class session. Limit 10 students per class.Schedule: 10:30-11:30 a.m., Saturdays,September 7 through November 23****No Sessions September 21, November 2 or 16Cost: $30/Resident; $45/Non-Resident

Central York Aquatics (CYA) Competitive Stroke Clinic Open to individuals between the ages of 5 and 14 who are not already a member of Central York Aquatics. Intermediate to Advanced competitive swimming skills will be covered. The clinic will be held August 27-30. Registration information is online at www.goyaks.org.

Central York Aquatics (CYA) Competitive Swim TeamCentral York Aquatics is a year-round club available to individuals of all ages and residences. Team members compete at USA Swimming-sanctioned meets as well as local league dual meets. Registration and information can be found online at www.goyaks.org.
