CenterHotels reward employees that have been exceptionally hard working each month. All Center Hotels staff can nominate their colleagues as the employee of the month to the management which then selects the winner from all the nominations. The employee of the month is rewarded with a free return flight ticket within Europe with Wow Air.

The employee of the month for November was Dangoule Miliuviene - 2nd maid at CenterHotel Klöpp.

SÓNAR REYKJAVÍK 2014was held at Harpa concert hall from February 13 - 15. The festival was a great success and all tickets sold out. We at CenterHotels were happy to take part in it by being their official accommodation partners and welcoming guests from all around the world that came to enjoy this constantly growing Electronic Music Festival.

MID-ATLANTIC We had an amazing time during Mid-Atlantic where we met with many of our good travel industry partners from all around the world. We also met up with many travel professionals that we haven't done business with before but will hopefully be doing so in the near future. Exciting times ahead!

ADD-ON PACKAGESWe recently added the possibility of adding a little extra touch to the hotel stay in the form of add-ons that are available with our hotel reservations. Jódís started working for us at the front desk of CenterHotel Skjaldbreið in 2003.

Shortly after she began she discovered her interest in the f inancial part of the hotel and took over a part of the accounting for CenterHotels which she st ill takes care of in the most outstanding way.

Before coming to CenterHotels Jódís l ived in Holland which she enjoyed tremendously. In her spare t ime Jódís l ikes the theatre , reading books and taking long walks .

Jódís is a very loyal member of our team that we value extremely and are happy to have with us at CenterHotels .

in Reykjavík. In fact this year it will be celebrating its 50 year anniversary. We are looking forward to participate in the tournament and welcoming many of the most talented chess players in the world that will be taking part in the tournament this year.
