The Engineer-in-Chief (IW) I&CAD, vide his letter 2nd read above, has informed that in terms of orders issued in G.O 1st read above the Sub-Committee of Engineers, met on 18-9-2012 had finalized the rates of Cement and Steel for the month of September, 2012 (1st month of 2nd quarter) and requested to approve the same.

2. Government, after careful examination of the matter hereby approves the rates of cement & steel, for the month of September, 2012 (1st month of 2nd quarter), as detailed below:-
