Internal reporting to include CEM sent to BoA and plenary

• BoA newsletter to be sent once in a quarter updating our Board about thee initiative that the LC has taken up : Net Promoter System.

• It shows that the LC is keeping a check on the quality of experiences it is delivering ans is valuing feedbacks from its customers.

• Monthly LC newsletters to be sent out which will showcase the current state of the NPS for that month to the membership.

• Will be included in the quarterly review report which would be mailed to the BoAs.

Communication sent to EPs

• EP Newsletter to be sent containing a column on NPS explaining the different scoring on the NPS scale.

• Also, keeping in constant touch with the home LCs of the EPs and promoting NPS importance together. This will also help us get in touch with those EPs who are not responding to the mails.
