the Cellar Bar was originally foundedin 2010 in recognition of a gap in themarket to supply a mobile bar serviceto the general public, event companies,unlicensed venues, councils, charitablebodies, and event organisers to namebut a few. the concept has been basedaround a high end professional barservice incorporating a high qualityimage, high quality products, along witha first class presentation. these highstandards are achieved through ongoing training and support, both ofwhich are available to all franchisees.

John and sue siddeley started the pilotoperation and progressed from operating with just one bar which wasstored in their garage, to now operating with fifteen bars, and utilisinga bank of up to 18 members of temporary staff. they now work froma 1500sq ft office and storage spaceand achieved all of this in less than 2 years, and on a part time basis!
