SALES  AGREEMENT  

We  wish  to  formalize  a  general  sales  agreement  with  your  company  for  a  dura7on  of  no  less  than  three  years,  with  the  following  terms  and  op7ons:    Op7on  1  Your  Company  to  purchase  and  distribute  Cell2Go  products  and  accessories  as  well  as  the  unique  mobile  units  in  your  premises.    Op7on  2  Forging  a  strong  partnership  with  your  Company    providing    Cell2Go  unique  cellular  accessories  on  a    consignment  basis  ,  represen7ng  NO  investment  on  your  part.  Profit  Sharing    will  be  based  on  our  suggested  retail  price  and  shall  be  equally  split.  Please  see  our  suggested  retail  prices  .
