What is Celiac
• Celiac is an intolerance to grains with gluten in them
• The main grains are wheat, barley, rye, and there is a debate over oats.
• Celiac is a disease which is auto immune which means your body hurts itself.
Symptoms
• Diarrhea • Constipation • Abdominal pain • Excessive gas • Any problem
associated with vitamin deficiencies
• Iron deficiency • Chronic fatigue • Weakness • Weight loss • Bone pain • Easily fractured bones
