Chinese New Year
• Chinese New Year begins at the time of the new moon in January and continues until the night of the full moon in February. New Year celebrations end with the Lantern Festival on the day of the full moon.
Easter
At Easter time I get lots of chocolate eggs from the Easter Bunny. I get to go to the Easter Show.
Birthdays
• Every year I have a birthday. I have a party and I get lots of presents. My cake is chocolate.
Christmas
Santa brings us lots of
presents on Christmas
morning. I love Santa.
Weddings
• When people are in love they get married. I’m going to get married when I grow up. By Maria
New Year
• After Christmas, we get to stay up late to see the New Year in. I like to watch the fireworks.
