IntroductionYou are in charge of the party! We
need pizza, drinks, tableware, and snacks. However, it is all up to your group to decide what to get and how much to spend. Stay within your budget and maybe your party plan will be the one we will use for our End of the Year Party!

TaskYour group is planning an End of
the Year Celebration. Of course, everything has to be planned within a budget. You have $200 to spend. Each member in the group will be divided into a different task: pizza planner, soda/tableware planner, snack planner, and budget manager.

Task continued
All things must be approved by the budget manager. At the end of the project, all groups will present their ideas. The class will vote and we will have a celebration.

*You want your party plan to win because that means your group will receive an extra 10 points to the final project grade (2nd place will receive 6 extra points, 3rd place will receive 4 extra points, 4th place will receive 3 points, and 5th place will receive 1 extra point)*

ProcessFirst, the teacher will assign you to
a group. It will then be up to you and your group to decide the roles. Use the data we collected in class to decide what to order for each different role. As a team, decide how much money to allot to each role.

Once the budget manager has approved everyone’s plans, it is time to put all your information together. In a folder, you need to put everyone’s graph they have made, the budget spreadsheet, and each person’s reflection. Create a cover page for the front. Your group also needs to create a presentation board using pictures & graphs.
