Halloween

Halloween is celebrated primarily in the United States, Canada, Ireland, the UK and

non-Anglo countries like Mexico and Colombia on the night of October 31. the

Christian holiday All Saints' Day.

Activities

• Children go in costume from house to house, asking for treats such as candy or sometimes money, with the question, "Trick or treat?“.

• Children use costumes modeled after supernatural figures such as monsters, ghosts, skeletons, witches, and devils.

• Candy apples/toffee apples (Great Britain & Ireland)• Candy corn, candy pumpkins (North America)• Caramel apples• Caramel corn• Novelty candy shaped like skulls, pumpkins, bats,
