Going above and beyond the call of duty is an everyday occurrence for sta� at Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust – and most

do it without giving it a second thought.

The Celebrating Success Awards are the the trust’s most anticipated annual event and a brilliant opportunity LCHS sta�, members, media, the whole of the Lincolnshire community and sponsors to recognise the hard work of dedicated

sta� members across the trust.

As a sponsor of Celebrating Success 2015, your organisation will be taking part in the celebration and recognition of true Lincolnshire heroes.

Your organisation will be a sponsor of one of the ten awards categories present-ed to LCHS sta� and our volunteers. You will also be included in all

print and digital internal and external marketing campaigns.

Your sponsorship will facilitate inclusion in an extensive publicity campaign including (but not limited to) LCHS press releases, an

extensive social media campaign and printed newsletters distributed to LCHS sta� and over 10,000 trust members. Your organisation will also be given the

option to promote your services to the Celebrating Success Awards and Health at Home attendees via a dedicated stand at the all-day event.

The Celebrating Success Awards will follow the Health at Home public meeting at The Showroom in Lincoln.

Sponsorship of the Celebrating SuccessAwards 2015 will include but may not be limited to:

• Inclusion in all press releases (both proactive and follow-up) to regional and na-tional media. Event coverage has been proactively secured across 14 regional publications.

• Sponsorship of individual awards category and your organisation’s name or logo on the engraved award and printed certi�cate (September1st deadline for engraving).

CELEBRATING SUCCESS AWARDS 2015 PRESENTERS

ROY LILLEY

A businessman for over 40 years, Roy Lilley’s is now an established, independent health policy analyst, writer, broadcaster and commentator on health and social issues.

He has, twice, been voted top UK speaker on NHS topics and is the creator of the top selling 'Tool-Kit' series of books.

Roy Lilley was a founder member of the NHS Trust Federation and held the positions of Chairman of the Supplies and Purchasing Standing Committee and Chairmanship of the Standing Committee on HR Issues.

He has contributed to the Today Programme, Newsnight, the Midnight Hour, BBC News 24, BBC 5 Live, Channel 5 News, Sky, ITN and regional TV and radio programmes, and has written for the Guardian, Sunday Times, Telegraph and many national newspapers, journals and management periodicals including a regular column in Pharmaceutical Marketing magazine.

He was voted the top UK speaker in the Partnerships for Healthcare speaker survey. He has been a guest speaker on management and related subjects at the Civil Service College, Sunningdale.

He is a Freeman of the City of London, a Fellow of the Institute of Directors and a Fellow of the Royal Socie-ty of Arts.

MELVYN PRIOR

Host of the popular morning BBC Lincolnshire radio programme Melvyn in the Morning and BBC Lincolnshire’s Afternoon Show, Melvyn is one of the most recognized voices of the region.

In his spare time Melvyn became very involved in the local Hospital Radio Station in Ipswich which eventually lead to him presenting evening and weekend programmes on the local commercial radio station Radio Orwell.

He continued to work in commercial radio in Su�olk until moving to BBC Radio Lincolnshire in 1991.
