Celebrating Success

Thank you to all our fantastic children and students who continually share their successes and amaze us with their wonderful achievements. We hope this newsletter, the last of the year, captures some of these very special times and achievements.

Our annual FE Leavers’ Ball was a great success.

Senior Red and Sixth Form students partied throughout the evening.

A very special congratulations goes to our year 14 Sixth Form Leavers for successfully completing their Bronze Duke of Edinburgh Awards. We are very proud of the skills you gained and the resilience you demonstrated.

Congratulations to all four of our Sixth Form leavers for successfully gaining places at college. We are very proud of you all.

During our sixth form annual residential trip, students had the opportunity to learn new skills and to experience many new and exciting activities

We all enjoyed the ball and had the opportunity to wish this young lady a special good bye as she is leaving Red Marsh to attend a school in Southport.

Whilst our Sixth Form students were sharing their successes our Early Years, Primary and Secondary students were busy developing their learning through two special enrichment weeks: Science Week and MAD Week.

Sixth form students’ successes have also included: learning to fish during the Masonic Fishing Charity Event; growing and selling plants as part of their enterprise project and joining and performing with ‘The Connect’ Community Choir.

During Science Week pupils learnt about healthy eating, whilst developing their scientific skills.

Thank you to all our pupils, staff and many visitors who made our Music, Art, Drama and Dance week a great success. Activities during MAD Week have included: dancing, making music and watching live performances. It has been an inspirational week, helping our students appreciate the Arts.

We would like to wish this musician good luck in his future school.

This term we also welcomed some exciting visitors to school to help pupils learn about exotic animals.
