The Yard House recognizes the ability, commitment to their job, and high work ethic of our clients and has employed them for several years, thus helping them to integrate more fully into the community and to receive a regular income. Westview is grateful for its partnership with the Yard House. In this issue of the newsletter, we are featuring the beautiful art work of some of our clients. Westview provides several art classes every week, led by our own staff. The art work speaks for the ability, creativity, and desire of these clients. However, without the opportunity to develop their talent these clients would never be able to experience the joy of discovering their gifts or the self-esteem that comes from being recognized for their accomplishments. Although it is possible to show only a few of their paintings in this newsletter, Westview salutes all of the clients whose art work brings so much joy to all of us. Creating a better world… One person at a time.

Westview Holds its First Carnival

Westview held its first Orange County programs carnival on September 16, 2010. More than 300 clients attended and were rewarded with a great time and many prizes. Each program developed its own event and booth. Included were clowns and a magic show. A visitor commented that this was the best event Westview had ever put on.
