TERMS & CONDITIONS2014

To make a bookingHaving made your provisional booking by telephone, please complete the booking form and sign at the bottom in acceptance of these terms. Please forward your signed booking form together with your non-refundable deposit to the Christmas Coordinator.

Payment of deposit is taken as acceptance of these terms.

We require a £10.00 per person deposit for all bookings with the exception of New Year’s Eve when a £30.00 per person deposit is required.

Provisional bookings will be held for 14 days. If the deposit and signed booking form have not been received within 14 days the booking may be automatically released without prior notification.

The total balance outstanding, final numbers and menu choices (where applicable) are required no later than Friday 21st November 2014 or 14 days prior to the event whichever falls first. If the balance is not received by this date the booking will be automatically cancelled. If the booking is made after this date full payment and menu choices must be made within 7 days or the booking will be released.

All payments must be deposited by the party organiser. We cannot take payments from individual guests attending an event.

Cancellation policyDeposits, part payments and full payments are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. We recommend that you take out event insurance to cover you in the case of cancellation.

In the event of a cancellation by Thistle Birmingham, The Royal Angus, an alternative date will be offered or a full refund given without liability to the hotel or Thistle Hotels.

Food and drinkFood items may contain traces of nuts.

Menus correct at time of print and may be subject to change. All prices quoted are per person. All prices include VAT at the current rate.

Some special diets can be catered for individually providing we are aware of them in advance.

All meals must be pre-ordered at least 14 days prior to your booking date (unless booking is made within this time).

General informationTable sizes: We reserve the right to join parties together when bookings are made for less than 6 guests. Table configurations and layouts cannot be guaranteed.

Children: No children under 18 years of age are permitted to attend Christmas parties other than the family parties specified.

Dress: No jeans or trainers allowed.
