Welcome Winstanley House is a Boutique Hotel, wedding and event venue and home to the contemporary British Steakhouse and restaurant Blackiron.

Situated on the outskirts of Leicester, Winstanley House is the latest development from the team that brought the Midlands luxury wedding and event venue The City Rooms. Ideally placed in scenic parkland, former stately home Winstanley House is perfect for country house weddings, a romantic break, meetings, conferences and exhibitions.

Our 19 lavishly decorated luxury bedrooms include two opulent bridal suites and is ideally surrounded by scenic parkland.

Winstanley House is brought to life at Christmas with the addition of festive decorations. Our two magnificent Ballrooms – accommodating 150 and 450 people will also be decorated beautifully, to give your party the ultimate atmosphere to really get you into the Christmas spirit!

The hallway will be adorned with Christmas flourishes, such as real trees, decorations and mood lighting.

Amy - A Tribute This eight piece band with full horn section play a full tribute to the late great Amy Winehouse, playing the hits from albums Back to Black and Frank alongside some of her ska and reggae hits like ‘Monkey Man’ and ‘Hey Little Rich Girl’ and of course a few Christmas classics with an Amy twist thrown in. An incredible tribute that is guaranteed to have you dancing all night!

The Decade A professional five piece function band from the midlands playing a wide variety of upbeat, energetic songs encompassing many genres and generations from Rock, Pop, Funk to Motown & Soul. The Decades will have something to please everyone and keep the party going all night!

Dj with a DifferenceWith a love of everything funky and an impressive ability to entertain, Chris Long and his live percussionist are renowned for getting the party started, providing guests with handheld percussion instruments encouraging them to become part of the entertainment - creating a unique experience and a really special night to remember.
