AUCTION & PADDLE RAISE RULES

RegistrationPlease check in at the registration desk to secure your bidding number. Only assigned bid numbers will be honored during the paddle raise.

Online Auction The online auction opens Friday, September 17 at 12:00pm PDT and will stay open until Wednesday, September 22 at 11:59pm PDT. All auction bidding will take place online on the VSO’s auction website here: https://tvso2021.ggo.bid/bidding/package-browse. All five auction packages will be available to bid on until September 22 at 11:59pm PDT. Each winner will be notified on Thursday, September 23. Cards will not be charged until winners have been notified.

All dates, times, and experiences for each auction package are flexible and can be rescheduled if needed due to COVID-19 guidelines.

Per IRS regulations, the amount paid for any auction item in excess of retail value is tax

deductible. The VSO is a non-profit organization, which has been awarded 501(c)(3) status by the IRS. Please check with your tax consultant if you have any questions.

Paddle Raise Paddle Raise levels range from $10,000 - $100. The auctioneer will spend about five minutes on each level. Please hold up your bid card at the level you would like to give at to signify your donation. Cards will not be charged until Monday, September 20.
