EZBuy is web based application which allows suppliers and buyers to collaborate online toexpedite the sourcing process.

- Enables and facilitates the exchange of information between buyers and sellers ensuring a fairbut competitive environment

- The main functions included in the EZBuy suite are:

Self-service Supplier Information Management and registration

eSourcing including tendering and requests for information, proposal and quotation (Rfx)

The ability to conduct reverse auctions where appropriate

Interactive contract development, drafting and negotiation

All supplier proposals/responses must be submitted through the EZBuy application

Commerce Cloud profileIf you already HAVE a profileestablished, click on the link to enteryour existing Ariba account and link itwith Axiata Group

Enter your user accountinformation.

Step 5 : How to Fill up Supplier Profile Questionnaire?Visibility Conditions

When GST Registration Status field isset to Registered. You will notice afield GST Registration Numberimmediately below it. However,once the GST Registration Statusfield is set to Foreign, the field forGST Registration Number is hidden

By design, specific content in the Supplier Profile Questionnaire has

visibility conditions. This means the supplier only answers questions thatare applicable to them.



Step 5A: How to Fill up Supplier Profile Questionnaire?Filling up Questions that require Attachments (1/2)

Click on References to viewthe reference documentthat needs to be filled

The Reference document can be of any format (word, excel, ppt etc.)

Click on the document toDownload the file

Click on Save as Draft to Savevalues after completing each

section of supplier questionnaireprofile

The Profile Questionnaire section does not get Auto-saved.

You will receive a profilesubmission notification
