PROVISIONAL BOOKINGS & DEPOSITSTo make a provisional booking please contact the Christmas Booking Officeon 01422 314 005. They will check availability and will require a £10 perperson non-refundable or non-transferable deposit to hold the reservation.

Note – for Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve a £25 non-refundable andnon-transferable deposit is required per person.

All reservations can initially be made by telephone, but must be confirmed inwriting, with deposit, within 14 days, otherwise your reservation will be offeredfor release.

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. The number of placesreserved must match the number of deposits received. If you intend cominginto the hotel to settle your account please let us know so that we can ensurethat someone from the Christmas Booking Office is available to see you.

FULL PAYMENTSFull payment for all Christmas events is required by Friday 16th November2012. Should payment not be received by the due date your booking may bereleased. All monies received are non-transferable and non-refundable.Reservations can be made by Credit/Debit Card or by cash or cheque madepayable to ‘Cedar Court Hotels’. If paying by cheque, the hotel will onlyaccept one cheque per party. Charges will apply if more than one cheque perparty is sent. Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).

PRIVATE PARTIESFor private parties there are minimum numbers which will be discussed uponenquiry. These minimum numbers are what we will charge you for even if yournumbers drop below this.

SMOKING POLICYCedar Court Hotel Huddersfield/Halifax is a totally non smoking building.

DAMAGE CHARGESPlease note that any damage caused through over-indulgence in alcohol willincur a specialist cleaning charge of £50.

DRESS CODESMidweek policy: no torn jeans or sportswear. Weekend policy: strictly nojeans or sportswear. New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner is strictly black tie.

VATPrices are subject to change and will be charged at the rate of VAT at thetime of the event.

TABLE LAYOUTTable plans are subject to total party numbers and subject to change withoutnotice.

Cabaret Nights and Party Nights: table layout will be party tables of up to 22(no individual tables).

New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner in the President Suite: the layout of the event willbe shared party tables of 12 (parties of more than 12 will be accommodatedon separate tables – there will be no individual tables of less than 10).

ENTERTAINMENT / ACTS / GROUPS / DJsCedar Court Hotels cannot be held responsible for the failings or non-appearance of any of the musicians/tribute acts or DJs booked.However the Management will offer their best alternative at their discretion.The hotel reserves the right to refuse admission – dress codes apply. The hotel also reserves the right to cancel any event and offer an alternativedate of equal value.

No beverages of any kind are to be brought into the hotel by event guests,even as a gift or prize, unless prior written authorisation has been receivedfrom the General Manager. You will be liable for the cost of repairs carried outas a result of any damage caused to any part of the hotelpremises/equipment by the negligence, wilful act/default of any person invitedto the hotel by you or in your party.

Cedar Court Hotel Huddersfield/Halifax cannot be held responsible fordamage or loss of another party’s property, however caused.
