Notice for Central Executive Committee (CEC) meetingAt Hyderabad on 27th & 28th of January 2012 .
Notice is hereby issued for the meeting of the Central Executive Committee of the AllIndia Central Excise Inspectors Association. The meeting is scheduled to be held on 27th &28th of January 2012 at Hyderabad.
The meeting is scheduled to commence at 11.00 A.M. on 27th January, 2012 and to beconcluded by 2.00 P.M. on 28th January, 2012.
Agenda for discussion:
1. Reading and confirmation of the minutes of the last convention held at Bangalore on10th & 11th June, 2011.
2. Tabling of Action Taken Report by Secretary General.3. List and proposal of ensuing programmes by the Secretary General based on the inputs
received from Circle/Branches.4. Discussion5. Fixing of date and venue of the next CEC/Convention of the A.I.C.E.I.A.6. Any other items with the permission of the chair.
Note:Each Branch/circle are hereby requested to submit their suggestion on the forthcomingaction plan and details of accounts of each branch/circle may kindly be sent to the SG /President by e.mail before 15.01.2012 in order to enable incorporation of the same in theaction taken report to be presented by the S.G.
