Saffron Tech is pleased to submit the technical specification for development of CDG Certification Company

website in response to the requirements called out by Shekhar. In his requirement document. he is looking to

develop a responsive CDG Certification website where users would be able to see the Courteous, Friendly and

Ethical certification services.Users would be able to see the website in different different languages as well as

they would be able to make the Enquiry on the website. Our proposed response is based on our understanding of

the provided requirements and the years of experience of delivering similar projects.

➢ Requirement Gathering: Technical and functional requirement gathering. To understand the client

project concept and functionality we scheduled a call or face to face to meeting with the client where we

try to understand following information :

➢ Requirement Analysis and Scope Documentation: After gathering requirements we analyze the

requirement in detail, understand the user functionalities, admin features , API integrations, etc. After

evaluating that we prepared the detailed scope document. (Kindly check attached scope

document with this email for a E Commerce project). After preparing the scope we discuss the same thing

with client and based upon their approval on the scope we share the timeline and the quote of the

project.

➢ Project Kick off Meeting and Team Introduction: Once the project contract get signed we share the HRS

(homepage requirement Specification) document to understand the client designing requirement. We

schedule the kick off meeting to introduce the team with client and discuss the project in detail

➢ Designing & Coding: based upon the HRS inputs and kick off call we start the designing of homepage and

other inside pages of website meantime programming team starts the different modules involved in the

project.

➢ Beta Testing and Quality Analysis : Here we do the complete testing of website to make sure we have

developed the project as per scope and all the functionalities are working fine also the website is

Website Interfaces and Functional Requirements :

Section 1: Home page Designing:

Homepage design: Complete Home Page Layout, inclusive of : Design of crisp professional home page with sliding professional and attractive banner images. There will be a

video presentation , and the video will be prepared by Saffron Tech for which client will pay separately. Saffron

Tech will place the video on homepage.

Good navigation: The visitor will never lose their way in the site if the navigation is good and simple. Good

navigation with vital links to ensure maximum comfort to the visitor and the simple navigation scheme ensure

that every primary function is just a click away.

PDF Download links : Client will provide the pdf files and we will add on the homepage, PDF flies can be

downloaded by the users.

Client Register Tab : We will design this page keeping the website theme in mind and a database of clients will

be prepared.

Contact Us Pop Up : After loading a website in 10 sec a contact us popup will come on every page (except client register & contact us page), where visitor can place the inquiry. Once client closes pop up without filling details it

should re appear after every 20 seconds.

Chat: A user may be able to chat with customer support. Prior to a chat, he will need to provide his Name, mobile

no and Email ID. ‘Chat With Us’ message will pop up in bottom of every page ((except client register & contact

us page)

Note: The Chat tool will be provided and integrated by Saffron Tech.

Note : Language change option should be there on every page & page should be translated in every possible

international language including hindi.

Note : Google translator will be integrated

Section 2: Services Search And their Presentation:

Search option for visitor:

➔ Visitor can search for the Services.

➔ Visitor can search the Services from any of the page provided in the header.

➔ There will be a search box option on header to search services available on website. Search based on

Keywords.

Section 3: Service Presentation:

➔ Services will be displayed in paging manner. Separate page for every service.

➔ Different type of Services and thumbnail of the Services are available.

➔ On clicking upon the Services complete description of the Service and information will be

displayed with details.

➔ All the Service page will have a youtube video script.

On each Service page: There will be Button to “Send Enquiry” for this Service So visitor will be able to send

Enquiry for Services . All Enquiry will be tracked in the admin panel and 1 copy of query will be going at the

email id of admin (email id will be provided by client).

Section 4: Certification Process Presentation : In this tab the complete certificate presentation will be present

in the form of flow chart image. Text regarding certification process.

Section 5: News Section: In this section all of the announcements and news which is been posted by admin by

the admin panel will be displayed. Some news will be set to be displayed at the homepage as breaking news.

Section 6: Contact Form Page (Enquiry and Feedback section): The Feedback/Inquiries will be provided at

the website.

Section 7: FAQ: This section will be managed dynamically. The Admin can add/delete the Faq's from the

Administration Panel.

Section 8 : Clientele page: Here all prominent client of CDG certification will be listed with their logo.

Section 9 : Blog : Here all the blogs added by admin form the admin panel will be display .with related image and

catalog from anywhere... even if you are on vacation. All you need is an Internet connected PC or laptop.

Hosting :The website will be hosted on Vendor hosting infrastructure till the development and testing phase. The
