The image is very cute, and cartoon like. It represents pop, yet a more warped version. Pop with a twist.

It’s colourful and abstract much like the artist’s music. It has it’s own individual style, and a certain charm about it, relating

deeply to the music, artist and probably audience styleIt also represents the artist’s look. It’s quirky and very cute. It’s not a very serious hard hitting style. The audience would be, Teen

to late teen. Although the cover may also be attractive to younger children, because of colours.

The bright green is quirky and sharp just like the electro/Indie band. The Speech exclamation bubble shows they have much to say in their songs. The newspaper background represents how their music responds to real life issues but not serious ones. In a cool funky fashion, things that will attract teens, such as sex, drugs and house parties. The green lines all point to the band name, demanding your attention, which defines their look. The nu-rave style will attract the type of people who are into that scene. Bright colours and retro The font of the album name is in a computerised form, showing the techno aspect of the band.

Dark and spooky cartoon puppets, which represent the band members. They have a fun sort of twist though, and the band mocks taking things seriously. Which in fact it’s music does. The mixture of techno, punk and metal is all there in the album cover. The staring is confrontational and the style of clothing they are wearing is punk. It shows the individual attitude of the band, they don’t care about what people think. The title is etched into the hands skin, glowing like a talisman. It’s in computerised text showing the electro side of the bands music.

Dark electro/techno/screamo is shown by the use of shadows and empty black space, contrasting with the tacky gold of the dress. She looks like one of those dancers that would advertise a techno band. But with a darker twist. This reflects the bands image. She’s provocative yet, slightly classy which represents the band. Also the audience would be men and females alike. The blunt and to the point style, with the dark twist represents the band and what they stand for.

The half clad transvestite artist makes a strong statement straight away. This is how he wants to be portrayed. Sexy and very confident with himself. Which shows the attitude of the music. All about sex, parties and being him. The techno pop attitude is shown though bright garish colours and cheesy outfit. The artist shows he is all about fun. The tattoos show the twist in the pop sound as they are quite controversial, just like his music, which is rude, blunt and out there. It’s more about the style than the music.
