The Touching Lives Lecture Series will provide committed educators with an opportunity to dialogue over some of educations most sensitive subjects. The four part cadre of interactive lectures have been created by award winning educator, Rory T. Edwards and international youth speaker, Johnnie Williams III. These gentleman bring a wealth of knowledge and very unique perspectives on how to inspire change within your classroom and on your campus. Individually these presenters have more than 20 years experience backing up the suggestions that they will offer. CCSD Equity and Diversity department has enlisted this duo to provide district staff with Q&A opportunities, deep discussions about race relations on campus, realistic behavior expectations and creative ways for rekindling the passion to touch young lives across Clark County. This lecture series will offer the most benefit to those who commit to attending event. It is also advised that interested individuals should contact CCSD EDE department to secure a seat.
