Service Porter This position is responsible for effectively managing that the customer’s experience from reception to delivery is an excellent one, providing necessary assistance in service area to ensure customer satisfaction, and greeting customers and assessing their needs.Requirements:Qualifi ed applicants should possess exceptional customer service skills, have a positive attitude and be a team player. This position requires the ability to operate manual transmissions, be at least 18 years of age and provide a good driving record. Apply in person at the Operations Center.

Detailer Detailers are responsible for cleaning and detailing new and used automobiles, as well as customer automobiles through the service department. Requirements:Qualifi ed applicant should have the ability to comprehend instructions and information, manual dexterity and good judgment. Valid Virginia driver’s license and a good driving record are required. Apply in person at the Operations Center.

Service CoordinatorA Service Coordinator handles both inbound and outbound phone calls scheduling appointments for vehicle maintenance and repair. The Service Coordinator will also answer and accurately transfer switchboard phone traffi c. This position is located in a call center environment. Requirements: This is a TEMPORARY position. Applicant must be fl exible to work between the hours of 7AM and 7PM; Monday through Saturday. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written to be used with internal and external customers. Must be highly organized and able to concurrently handle multiple priorities. Must be able to accept and keep confi dential information learned in the performance of the job. Able to handle practical problems in a variety of settings. Able to function in a continuously changing environment. Able to work as part of a team to achieve departmental goals. Typically requires a High School/GED or equivalent and 6 to 12 months of related experience. Apply in person at the Operations Center.

Executive ReceptionistReceptionists are responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience at all times as the main point of contact for Checkered Flag, promptly answering incoming calls, directing calls, maintaining the main reception and lobby areas, greeting visitors and anticipating their needs, and providing clerical support to Managers as needed.Requirements:Applicant must have an energetic, outgoing personality with excellent communication and strong customer service skills. Must be organized, detail oriented, and possess the ability to multi task and change directives in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to maintain confi dentiality, contribute to a building a positive team spirit and support and uphold the Company’s organizational core values. 2-3 years prior stable work experience as a Receptionist is required; call center experience is a plus. Must be profi cient with Microsoft Offi ce; Word, Excel, and Outlook. High School/GED or equivalent is required.
