� 由于IgMIgMIgMIgM不能通过胎盘，故母体的 IgMIgMIgMIgM不能传给胎儿，

IgM IgM IgM IgM是抵抗GGGG - - - -杆菌的主要抗体。

� IgGIgGIgGIgG是唯一通过胎盘的免疫球蛋白， 6666个月时已全部消失，到 6-76-76-76-7岁其

血清中的含量才接近成人水平。

� IgAIgAIgAIgA在婴幼儿不足，1111岁时为成人的13%13%13%13%，至12121212岁时达到成人水平；

分泌型IgAIgAIgAIgA在新生儿及婴幼儿水平更低， 1111岁时仅为成人3%3%3%3%，12121212岁时

达成人水平，故易患呼吸、消化道感染。
