CBAA-ACAA SHOW GUIDE 2012 3
Welcome to Toronto!
On behalf of the Canadian Business Aviation Association and your Board of Directors, welcome to Toronto and to our 51st Annual
Convention, CBAA 2012.Thanks to the hard work of our dedicated staff and volunteers, we have added
several enhancements to this year’s event to ensure you get the most out of your CBAA experience. We’ve expanded the speakers’ program, and drawn on global and Canadian experts to provide you with the latest developments in Canada and the world’s business aviation sector. CBAA’s Industry Partners Program will provide operators with unique members-only benefits and savings – be sure to visit their booths while you are here. Download our new CBAA 2012 mobile app to help you navigate through the convention and trade show.
Of course, our exhibitors and static displays are the core of our event; we encourage you to visit them all to catch up on the latest technology, new products and services and tour new corporate aircraft models.
CBAA’s convention is known as Canada’s premier event for business aviation. It’s our annual opportunity to renew friendships, build new business relationships and, as a group, strengthen business aviation’s position by supporting a one voice approach to ensure our sector is united and building a prosperous future. Throughout the event, CBAA’s directors and national office staff will be clearly identified, and we encourage you to talk to us and share your ideas and concerns.
I would like to extend a special thank you to our generous sponsors and many exhibitors who are part of our convention every year – the event couldn’t happen without their unflagging support.
It’s going to be a great convention and celebration in Canada’s most important business aviation hub.
Welcome to Toronto, and have an enjoyable and productive convention.
