AD MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS1. Electronic files are to be sent in Macintosh format only.

Accepted programs include Adobe Photoshop, AdobeIllustrator and Adobe InDesign. Include all PostScript and

screen fonts. Include all images as EPS, JPEG or TIFF in highresolution (at least 300 DPI at 100%) as CMYK. If files are notprovided as CMYK, then we will be forced to convert thecolor and we cannot guarantee an exact match of color onpress. PDF/X-1a files are preferred.

2. A color proof must accompany each ad for all formats,otherwise North South Net [Cayman], Ltd. will not acceptliability for files that do not print correctly.

3. Live material not intended to bleed must be kept atleast 3/8” from all sides to allow for trim.

4. Double-page spreads: Perfect alignment of type ordesign across the gutter of two facing pages is notguaranteed. Live matter in the facing-page subjectcannot be closer than 1/8” to the gutter.

5. There will be an additional charge if the advertiserrequires ad design and production.

THE CITA — NSN PARTNERSHIPIn September 2014, CITA entered into a long term contract with a local Cayman company, NSN(Cayman) Ltd, to become its official publisher and video provider for the three Cayman Islands –Grand Cayman, Cayman Brac and Little Cayman.

The purpose of the partnership is twofold: first, to promote the Cayman Islands to potential visitors tothese shores and to increase the actual number of Cayman tourists; and second, to provide the airtourist arrivals on Cayman with the highest quality information that will enable them to make the bestchoices on their vacation and thereby benefit a wide range of Cayman businesses.

In order to generate more visitors to Cayman, NSN will be providing CITA, at NSN’s expense, witha substantial radio advertising budget for use in the key airlift markets in the USA. They will also bedeveloping and funding a number of other programmes that will increase the number of tourists tothese islands.

In order to provide visitors with the highest quality information upon arrival, NSN is producingthree different but complementary media products:

First, a luxury magazine placed on an EXCLUSIVE basis in the guest rooms of the majority of thehotels, condominiums and guest accommodations in the Cayman Islands.

Second, NSN is producing a high quality booklet of detailed maps of at least almost twenty areasof the Cayman Islands. Both of these publications will be the only available publications in digitalform on the CITA website which is one of the most heavily accessed websites for peopleconsidering booking a vacation in Cayman. They will also be distributed by the Department ofTourism at Trade Shows throughout the year.

And third, NSN has created the most sophisticated, 21st century digital platform that will beprominently displayed in the lobbies of major hotels and condominiums so that tourists canaccess the most up-to-date information on shopping, dining, real estate, activities, nightlife andmore at the touch of a button.

You are urged to support this partnership as your way of supporting CITA, trying to increase thenumber of tourists to Cayman and providing those tourists with the means to make the bestchoices. AD MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS1. Electronic files are to be sent in Macintosh format only.

Accepted programs include Adobe Photoshop, AdobeIllustrator and Adobe InDesign. Include all PostScript and

screen fonts. Include all images as EPS, JPEG or TIFF in highresolution (at least 300 DPI at 100%) as CMYK. If files are notprovided as CMYK, then we will be forced to convert thecolor and we cannot guarantee an exact match of color onpress. PDF/X-1a files are preferred.

2. A color proof must accompany each ad for all formats,otherwise North South Net [Cayman], Ltd. will not acceptliability for files that do not print correctly.

3. Live material not intended to bleed must be kept atleast 3/8” from all sides to allow for trim.

4. Double-page spreads: Perfect alignment of type ordesign across the gutter of two facing pages is notguaranteed. Live matter in the facing-page subjectcannot be closer than 1/8” to the gutter.

5. There will be an additional charge if the advertiserrequires ad design and production.

* If a high-quality color proof/Matchprint such as KodakApprovals or Epson (or similar analog proofs with a colorcontrol bar) are not provided, then we cannot guaranteecolor. Please note that all proofs must be made according toSWOP standards. Proofs that do not meet these criteriacannot be used for color matching.

FILM DATE/ DEADLINEOn-Location Videos: These are shot approximately onemonth after signing contract with clear instructions as towhat the video should feature. A representative from NSN willconfirm the date of shooting.

MOVING SLIDE SHOW: $350Our professional will create a video-like slideshow, from 6-8photos which you provide. Includes all features with slideshow, map locator, individualized QR Code, text windowand up to seven menu tabs to feature limitless images andor text. Your business page will run on a fun-to-use,interactive touch-screen.

PRODUCTION DEADLINEMoving Slidesshow: 6-8 slides should be send in to NSN(Cayman) Ltd. no later than one month after signing thecontract.
