    Dan Gilbert is Chairman and Founder of Quicken Loans, the nations largest onlinehome lender.

    Dan also is majority owner of the NBA Cleveland Cavaliers basketball team andoperator of the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio. In addition, he led thepurchase of an American Hockey League (AHL) franchise renamed the Lake Erie

    Monsters that began play in Fall 2007 at Quicken Loans Arena.Dan became majority owner of the NBAs Cleveland Cavaliers in March 2005. In the three years he has owned

    the Cavaliers, he has led a complete overhaul of the front office, coaching staff, player personnel, and gamepresentation.

    In addition, the ownership group has invested over $27 million in Quicken Loans Arena upgrades andrenovations, including new fan seats, an HD-quality center-hung video scoreboard unit, video and sound systems,arena graphics, signage, security, player locker rooms, suite upgrades and administrative offices, as well as thedevelopment of a new and separate $25 million player development and training center named Cleveland ClinicCourts.

    In his second year of ownership, the Cavaliers won the Eastern Conference Championship by beating the DetroitPistons, advancing to the NBA Finals for the first time in the 37-year history of the franchise. The Cavs are one ofonly three teams in the NBA (Detroit and San Antonio) to advance past the first round of the NBA Playoffs in eachof the last three seasons. The team is also one of only five current NBA teams (Dallas, Detroit, Phoenix and SanAntonio) to have three straight seasons of 45 or more regular season wins.

    In their inaugural season at The Q, the Monsters recorded four of the top seven including the top two highest-attended individual games in the entire AHL for the 2007-08 season. The Monsters also sent 11 players up to playwith their NHL affiliate, the Colorado Avalanche. Following the season, the Monsters game presentation effortswere honored with the 2008 Golden Matrix Award for Best Overall Video Display Minor League Division from theInformation Display and Entertainment Association.

    Quicken Loans, Inc. closed $19 billion in home loan volume in calendar 2007. The company employs 3,000people and is ranked #2 on FORTUNE magazines 100 Best Companies to Work For in America list.     Dan founded Rock Financial in 1985 as a 22year old firstyear law student. Rock Financial grew into one of thelargest independent mortgage banks in the country. In 1998, the company went public in an IPO led by BearStearns, Inc.

    In January 1999, the company launched its Internet strategy which quickly positioned itself as the leader in onlineretail mortgages. In January 2000, software maker Intuit purchased Rock Financial and the national Web businesswas renamed Quicken Loans. With Dan staying on as CEO, Quicken Loans became the leading national providerof home loans on the Internet. Quicken Loans has gone on to earn Best of the Web accolades from Forbes, Moneyand PC Magazines.

    Dan was Rawlings Sporting Goods largest shareholder and was instrumental in effecting the sale of Rawlingsto K2 in March 2003.

    Gilbert is a founding partner in private equity group Rockbridge Growth Equity LLC. The partnership invests ingrowing businesses in the financial services, Internet technology, consumer direct marketing, and the sports andentertainment sectors.

    He also is an investor and financier with Rock Companies (rockcompanies.com) in residential and commercialreal estate developments in several states.

    Other significant investments include Xeko (xeko.com), a Seattle-based childrens media property that includesa trading game, planned cartoon series, movies and licensing of a playing card game featuring threatened speciesin 34 environmental hot spots in the world.

    Dan recently launched Bizdom U (bizdom.com) in Detroit. This non-profit academy trains, mentors and financesyoung entrepreneurs and their start-up businesses in the city of Detroit. Bizdom Us mission is to create successfulbusinesses, jobs, growth and wealth in large urban cities.

    Through Rock Financial, Dan also was the lead sponsor of Rock Financial JA Finance Park in downtown Detroit,a program that teaches school age children about money and finance.

    Gilbert serves on the board of the Childrens Hospital of Michigan Foundation; the Cleveland Clinic; theChildrens National Medical Center in Washington, DC; and the Childrens Tumor Foundation in New York City.

    Dan has been the keynote speaker at Harvard Business School, the University of Michigan and the nationalNAACP conference, among other organizations.

    Gilbert earned his bachelors degree from Michigan State University and his law degree from Wayne StateUniversity.

    Len Komoroski was named president of the Cavaliers/Quicken Loans Arenaorganization in April, 2003. A seasoned business executive, Komoroski brings more than25 years of experience in professional sports and entertainment to the organization. Hisleadership and business initiative bring a solid foundation from which the Cavaliers,Monsters and The Q can continue to thrive and flourish.

    For the 2003-04 season, Komoroski oversaw the restructuring of how the Cavaliers approached the businesscommunity, including the development of a staff featuring some of the top sports marketing executives in the industry. Thecollective efforts both on and off the floor resulted in one of the top business turnaround stories in NBA history. TheCavaliers had the largest year-over-year attendance increase in NBA history, progressing from a league-low of 11,497 pergame in 2002-03 to 18,288 in 2003-04 a 59% increase. Television ratings were up 300% and featured revised broadcastagreements resulting in the largest number of locally-televised games in team history. Radio ratings also increased bymore than 200% and local merchandise sales grew by 500%. The Cavaliers also experienced the largest increase incorporate partnership revenue in the NBA last season. He also led the charge in the transformation of the Cavalierscommunications efforts and dramatic changes in developing one of the most dynamic game experiences in the NBA.

    Since then, Komoroski has led continued growth and development across the board as the Cavs are now among thetop five revenue teams in the NBA. The 2007-08 regular season attendance average was 20,465, which was the largestin team history. The franchise also set a record with 33 sellouts. Corporate sales revenue is now amongst the top tierof teams in the NBA, including the dynamic season-presenting relationship with Cub Cadet. The Cavaliers are alsoconsidered to have one of the best game presentations in the NBA. Komoroski also played a leadership role indeveloping one of the top cable television relationships in the NBA with FOX Sports Ohio, encompassing 70 regularseason games, as well as for the entitlement of the Cavaliers new state-of-the-art player development facility ClevelandClinic Courts. In addition, Komoroski played a leadership role in the acquisition of its American Hockey League franchise,the Lake Erie Monsters, which played their inaugural season at The Q in 2007-08. Komoroski was also the lead in bringingthe new Arena Football League franchise, the Gladiators, to The Q in March of 2008.

    While with the Eagles, Komoroski brought many properties in-house, including the Eagles Television Network, whichis the largest developer of local programming in the NFL. Under his guidance, the Eagles established the fan-friendly NFLTraining Camp, which was the most heavily attended in the league, featuring autograph sessions, interactive games,hospitality and an extraordinary merchandise tent. He also helped broker a record-setting naming rights deal withNovaCare, garnering a reported $66 million for the Eagles training facility, the NovaCare Complex.

    Komoroski also played a leadership role in the development of Lincoln Financial Field, the Eagles state-of-the-artstadium. Through his efforts, the Eagles secured a 20-year, $140 million naming rights agreement with Lincoln FinancialGroup, which at the time was one of the largest such agreements in pro sports history. He and his business grouporchestrated the successful sellout of 172 suites, 8,000 club seats, 29,000 Stadium Builder Licenses and a waiting list ofover 40,000 for season tickets.

    Through the efforts of Komoroski and his team, the Eagles were among the most successful NFL teams in securinglong-term seven-figure per annum Founding Partner relationships for new stadia; in addition, they forged many othersubstantial six-figure per annum agreements. He also completed top-tier industry agreements for Eagles radio andtelevision coverage and concession agreements for Lincoln Financial Field. Behind Komoroskis leadership, theorganization secured major soccer events, concerts, Division I college football games and the Army/Navy Game,establishing Lincoln Financial Field as one of the most active stadiums in sports. Through these efforts and events theEagles have become one of the highest grossing franchises in professional sports.

    This is Komoroskis second stint in the NBA, having been with the Minnesota Timberwolves from 1988-94 and havingplayed a major role in the start-up of the team and its arena, the Target Center. While Komoroski was Vice President ofSales and the senior sales and marketing official for the team and arena, the Timberwolves became one of the mostfinancially successful organizations in the league. After Minnesota, he came to Cleveland as senior vice president andchief operating officer of the International Hockey Leagues (IHL) Cleveland Lumberjacks, and immediately transformedthe Lumberjacks into a flourishing enterprise. Both attendance and revenues saw sharp increases during Komoroskistime, and the Lumberjacks were one of three profitable IHL teams in 1996.

    Komoroski got his start in sports in 1982 with the Pittsburgh Spirit of the Major Indoor Soccer League, followed bymanagement roles with the Pittsburgh Penguins of the National Hockey League and the Minnesota Strikers of the MISL,and as a regional manager for the Miller Brewing Companys sports marketing arm.

    Komoroskis achievements in professional sports have attracted considerable attention, and he has assumedleadership positions in several capacities. He is on the board of directors of the Cleveland chapters of City Year, theAmerican Red Cross, American Cancer Society Golf Tournament and the United Way, as well as the board of PositivelyCleveland. He is also a member of the Young Presidents Organization, the 50 Club and the Bluecoats.

    Komoroski is a 1982 cum laude graduate of Duquesne University. He and his wife Denise are the parents of threedaughters Kristin, Kelly, Jamie and one son, Zachary.

    BASKETBALL STAFFDANNY FERRYGeneral Manager

    Danny Ferry was named the eighth general manager in Cleveland Cavaliers historyon June 27, 2005.

    Ferry has focused on building a championship-caliber culture in his three seasonswith the Cavaliers. Helping to lead the team, through many successful signings andacquisitions, to back-to-back 50-win seasons was only the beginning. The Cavs arecurrently one of just three teams to advance to at least the second round in each ofthe past three seasons, including the franchises first-ever trip to the NBA Finals under Ferrys leadership.

    In addition to player acquisitions, Ferry also oversees all scouting, player personnel and day-to-day activities ofthe Cavaliers basketball operations team.

    Ferry spent two seasons from 2003-2005 as the director of basketball operations for the San Antonio Spurs. Asthe director of basketball operations for the Spurs, Ferry was actively involved in all aspects of the basketballoperations department with an emphasis on the draft and free agency. He also aided in the strategic planning forSpurs Sports and Entertainment.

    During his time in the Spurs front office, San Antonio compiled a combined regular season and playoff record of138-59 (.701). While in San Antonio, he won NBA Championships as both a member of the front office (2005) andas a player (2003).

    Ferry, a 13-year NBA veteran, played the final three years of his career in San Antonio (2000-03). Prior to that,he spent 10 seasons in Cleveland as a member of the Cavaliers. He played in a franchise-record 723 regularseason games (154 starts) and averaged 7.8 points and 3.0 rebounds in 20.8 minutes per game. Ferrys bestseason came during the 1995-96 season when he played in all 82 games (79 starts) with averages of 13.3 pointsand 3.8 rebounds in 32.7 minutes per game.

    For his career, Ferry played in 917 games (186 starts) and averaged 7.0 points, and 2.8 rebounds in 19.8minutes per game. He also played in 67 career playoff games (15 starts) in nine playoff appearances.

    Ferry was the second overall pick in the 1989 NBA Draft by the Los Angeles Clippers. He spent the next seasonplaying in Italy before the Cavaliers acquired Ferry along with Reggie Williams in exchange for Ron Harper, two first-round draft picks and a second-round pick from the Clippers on November 16, 1989.

    Ferry won the 1989 Naismith Award as the nations top player after averaging 22.6 points, 7.4 rebounds and 4.7assists per game during his senior season at Duke. He was named First Team All-American as both a junior anda senior. He had his jersey retired at Duke and was inducted into the Duke Sports Hall of Fame in September 2004.

    Ferrys father, Bob Ferry, was vice president/general manager of the Washington Bullets for 17 years and playedin the NBA from 1959 through 1969 while his brother, Bobby, played at Harvard University and was selected byAtlanta in the seventh round of the 1985 NBA Draft.

    Ferry (born Oct. 17, 1966) and his wife, Tiffany, have four daughters and one son: Hannah, Grace, Sophia, Lucyand Jackson.

    LANCE BLANKSAssistant General Manager

    Lance Blanks was named assistant general manager for the Cleveland Cavaliers inJuly of 2005. He spent the previous five seasons with the San Antonio Spurs wherehe was a part of two NBA Championships working in various positions in the frontoffice.

    As assistant general manager, Blanks assists General Manager Danny Ferry in allbasketball operations of the franchise.

    Prior to joining the Cavaliers, Blanks served as the director of scouting for the Spurs. He joined the Spurs in2000 as a scout and was promoted to director of scouting in September of 2002. In San Antonio, Blanks served asSpurs television analyst for both the 2003-04 and 2004-05 seasons.

    He played three seasons in the NBA after being drafted in the first round of the 1990 NBA Draft (26th overallpick) by the Detroit Pistons. Blanks spent two seasons with the Pistons and one with the Minnesota Timberwolves,averaging 2.0 points in 142 career games. He also played one season in the CBA and three in Europe, where heled teams in Hungary and Cyprus to league championships.

    Blanks earned Texas Mr. Basketball honors in 1985 at McCullough High School (now The Woodlands) beforegoing on to the University of Texas, where he led the Longhorns to the Elite Eight in the 1990 NCAA Tournament.While a resident of San Antonio, former mayor, Ed Garza, appointed Blanks to the San Antonio Sports Hall of Fameorganizing committee.

    Blanks is active in the NBAs global basketball development and community outreach program, BasketballWithout Borders-Africa. This league initiative unites top young basketball players to promote the sport andencourage positive social change in the areas of education, health and wellness. Working as a camp director,Blanks has been involved with the program every year since its inception in 2003.

    He also serves on the steering committee for the Ron Brown Scholar Program, established in 1996 to provideacademic scholarships, service opportunities and leadership experiences for young scholars of outstandingpromise. It ranks as one of the nations leading scholarship programs for youth.

    Blanks (born Sept. 9, 1966) and his wife Renee have two daughters, Riley and Bryn. Riley is a top rated juniortennis player. His father, Sid, played eight years in the NFL for Houston, Washington and New England and hiscousin, Larvel Blanks, played Major League baseball for eight years.

    CHRIS GRANTAssistant General Manager

    Chris Grant joined the Cleveland Cavaliers as the clubs assistant general managerin July 2005. He spent the previous nine seasons with the Atlanta Hawks where hewas promoted in 2004 to the position of vice president of basketball operations andassistant general manager.

    Grant oversees the domestic and international scouting departments and assistsGeneral Manager Danny Ferry in all basketball operations of the franchise. He also

    spearheaded the design and construction of the new state-of-the-art Cavaliers player development center,Cleveland Clinic Courts, which opened at the start of the 2007 season. The 50,000 square foot facility is one of themost technologically advanced team development centers in pro sports.

    In his nine years with the Hawks, Grant held six different positions including video intern, video coordinator,advance scout, assistant director of scouting, director of scouting and vice president/assistant general manager.

    Grant, a graduate of the University of San Diego, earned a degree in psychology. He also received a mastersdegree in educational leadership from USD. Grant spent three seasons on the schools basketball team aftertransferring from Canada Junior College.

    He and his wife Kelly have two sons, Cameron and Boden.

    Cleveland Cavaliers Head Coach

    Mike Brown was named the 17th head coach in Cleveland Cavaliers history onJune 2, 2005.

    In his first three seasons at the helm of the Cavaliers, Brown has quickly becomeone of the NBAs top young coaches.

    During the 2007 Playoffs, Brown led the Cavaliers to their first Eastern ConferenceChampionship and a trip to the NBA Finals after Cleveland knocked off the Pistons 4-2 in the Eastern Conference Finals. He guided the Cavaliers to their first series sweep in the first round versusWashington and then led Cleveland to a 4-2 win in the conference semifinals against New Jersey. In the 2008Playoffs, the Cavaliers defeated the Washington Wizards 4-2 before taking the eventual NBA Champion BostonCeltics to a seven-game series. Cleveland is one of only three teams (Detroit and San Antonio) to have reached atleast the second round of the playoffs in each of the last three seasons. In three playoff appearances, Brown has arecord of 26-20 (.565) making him the winningest playoff head coach in team history.

    Brown has led the Cavaliers to at least 45 wins in each of his first three seasons in Cleveland. It marks just thesecond time in team history (1991-92 to 1993-94) that Cleveland reached that mark in three straight seasons. Theonly other teams with 45 or more wins in each of the last three seasons are Dallas, Detroit, Phoenix and SanAntonio. After posting the most wins as a first-year head coach in team history in 2005-06 (50-32 record), Brownfollowed that up with another 50-win season (50-32) in his second year. Cleveland posted 45 wins during the 2007-08 season and made their third consecutive appearance in the NBA playoffs. With a combined regular seasonrecord of 145-101 (.589) in three seasons, Brown has the highest winning percentage of any head coach in Cavshistory.

    During his first season as head coach, he became the winningest first-year head coach in team history and ledCleveland to Eastern Conference Semifinals in the 2006 Playoffs. He became the first coach in franchise historyto lead his team to a playoff series win in his first season by defeating Washington 4-2 in the first round of theEastern Conference playoffs in 2006. In addition, he became the first rookie head coach since Rick Carlisle in 2001-02 to post 50 wins in a season.

    Brown joined the Cavaliers after spending two seasons as the associate head coach of the Indiana Pacers andthree seasons as an assistant coach for the San Antonio Spurs. His career record as an assistant coach was 341-201 (.629) and he won a division title with Indiana in 2003-04 and three straight division titles with San Antonio. Hehelped lead Indiana to consecutive playoff appearances including a trip to the Eastern Conference Finals in 2004.He was also on the bench for the Spurs during their 2003 World Championship season. While with the Spurs,Browns teams won at least 58 games each season. He also was the head coach for the Spurs summer leagueteams in Boston and Salt Lake City.

    Brown spent three years with the Washington Wizards staff beginning in 1997, spending the first two years asan assistant under Bernie Bickerstaff, and his final year as the teams professional scout.

    The 38-year-old (born March 5, 1970 in Columbus, OH) began his NBA career with the Denver Nuggets in 1992,where he spent five seasons, first as the teams video coordinator and then as a scout.

    He participated in the NBAs Basketball Without Borders program in Johannesburg, South Africa in the summerof 2006. Mike and his wife, Carolyn, are actively involved in the Cavaliers community relations initiatives includingShoes and Clothes For Kids and Cleveland Christian Home.

    Brown is a 1992 graduate of the University of San Diego with a degree in business. He played basketball twoseasons at USD after spending two years at Mesa Community College. He attended high school in Germany atWurzburg American High School. He and Carolyn have two sons, Elijah and Cameron.

    HANK EGANAssistant Coach

    Hank Egan was named an assistant coach for the Cleveland Cavaliers in June2005. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the organization boasting nearly 40 yearsof basketball coaching experience.

    Egan joined the Cavaliers after spending the 2002-03 season as an assistant coachwith the Golden State Warriors. He came out of a brief retirement to join the Warriorscoaching staff and helped lead Golden State to its then-highest win total (38-44) since

    the 1993-94 campaign. Prior to joining the Golden State coaching staff, Egan spent the previous eight seasons as an assistant coach

    with the San Antonio Spurs and helped guide the club to an NBA Championship in 1999. During his tenure withSan Antonio, the Spurs compiled a 403-221 (.646) record and made seven trips to the NBA Playoffs. He alsoassisted in leading the Spurs to five Midwest Division titles and the NBAs best record four times.

    Before joining the Spurs, Egan spent 23 years as an NCAA Division I head coach including 10 seasons at theUniversity of San Diego (1984-1994). During the 1986-87 campaign, he guided the Toreros to a 24-6 record andan appearance in the NCAA Tournament.

    Egan began his coaching career in 1966 as an assistant coach at the Air Force Academy. In 1971 he was namedthe head coach at Air Force where he remained until 1984 when he was named head coach at the University of SanDiego.

    Having earned a reputation as one of the top defensive coaches in the country during his collegiate tenure, Eganreceived West Coast Conference Coach of the Year honors following back-to-back seasons in 1985-86 and 1986-87. Additionally, Egan was a scout for the 1984 U.S. Olympic Basketball Team and was one of the coaches at the1984 Olympic Trials.

    Egan, 71 (born Aug.17, 1937), is a 1960 graduate of the Naval Academy earning a degree in engineering. Heand his wife Judy, have two children, John and Kelly, and five grandchildren.

    MELVIN HUNTAssistant Coach

    Melvin Hunt was named an assistant coach for the Cleveland Cavaliers inSeptember 2005. He came to Cleveland having spent the 2004-05 season as anassistant coach with the Los Angeles Lakers under Head Coach Rudy Tomjanovich.

    Prior to his time with the Lakers, Hunt spent five seasons with the HoustonRockets. He served as the Rockets college and international scout during the 2003-04 season. Before working as a scout he spent two seasons on the Rockets bench

    as an assistant coach. Originally he joined the Rockets basketball staff as a video coordinator/scout and spent twoseasons in that role.

    Prior to working in the NBA, Hunt coached on both the collegiate and high school levels. He began his coachingcareer as an assistant coach at Temple High School before moving to the college ranks where he was an assistantcoach at Incarnate Word University in San Antonio.

    Hunt earned his bachelors degree in business administration and a masters degree in education from BaylorUniversity where he spent four years on the basketball team. He was a four-year letterman and a three-year starterfor the Bears from 1987-91 and helped lead his team to both the NCAA and NIT tournaments. Following hisgraduation, Hunt played professional basketball in the Caribbean and Mexico.

    He is a native of Tallulah, Louisiana. Hunt (born Dec. 15, 1969) and his wife, Carmen, have a daughter, Brayaand a son, Miles.

    Assistant Coach/Director of Player Development

    Chris Jent was named director of player development/assistant coach in Novemberof 2006.

    He was an assistant coach for the Orlando Magic during the 2004-05 season beforebeing named Orlandos interim head coach for the final 18 games of the season. Priorto his one year stint with the Magic, he spent the 2003-04 season with the Philadelphia76ers as assistant coach/player development.

    Jent coached one year of high school basketball for Westhill High School in Stamford, Connecticut in 2002-03.Prior to that he spent 10 seasons playing professionally, including two years in the NBA. He was a member of the1994 NBA Champion Houston Rockets and also played for the New York Knicks during the 1996-97 season. Jentplayed five seasons in the CBA and also spent time playing overseas in Australia, Italy, Spain and Greece.

    Jent, a native of Sparta, N.J., graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in communications. Heplayed four seasons (1988-92) at Ohio State and helped lead the Buckeyes to three consecutive NCAATournaments and back-to-back Big Ten Championships. He played in 123 games and scored 1,007 career pointsincluding 112 three-point field goals which ranks seventh all-time in Ohio State history.

    Chris (born Jan. 11, 1970) and his wife, Alice, have one son Jimmy and two daughters Corrin and Robin.

    JOHN KUESTERAssistant Coach

    John Kuester was named an assistant coach for the Cleveland Cavaliers in Augustof 2007.

    Kuester joined the Cavaliers following a season as an assistant coach with theOrlando Magic. He also spent time as an assistant coach with the Philadelphia 76ersduring the 2005-06 season and with the New Jersey Nets in 2004-05.

    During the 2003-04 season, Kuester was an assistant coach for the Detroit Pistonsas he helped the Pistons capture the 2004 NBA Championship.

    Kuester spent six seasons as a member of the 76ers coaching staff from 1997-98 to 2002-03. He helped the76ers reach the NBA Finals during the 2001 season and the playoffs in five of his six seasons in Philadelphia.

    For seven seasons, from 1990-1997, Kuester was a member of the Boston Celtics organization including thefinal two seasons as an assistant coach. He arrived in Boston after five seasons as the head coach at GeorgeWashington University from 1985-1990. Kuester became the youngest head coach in Division I in 1983 when hesucceeded Rick Pitino at Boston University. He was an assistant coach for the Terriers for two seasons prior to hishead coaching appointment. Kuester began his coaching career as a volunteer assistant coach at The Universityof Richmond during the 1980-81 season.

    Kuester is a graduate of the University of North Carolina where he played four seasons under Dean Smith from1973-77. He won two ACC Championships and reached the NCAA Tournament three years and the NationalInvitational Tournaments one year including a trip to the NCAA Finals in 1977 during his time in Chapel Hill. As asenior, he was voted the teams best defensive player for the second straight season and the MVP of both the ACCTournament and the NCAA East Regionals.

    Kuester was selected in the third round (53rd overall) of the 1977 NBA Draft by the Kansas City Kings. He playedthree seasons in the NBA, one each with Kansas City, Denver and Indiana.

    Born on Feb. 6, 1955, John and his wife, Tricia, have a son, John III, and a daughter, Katelyn (Katie). John is asenior at St. Josephs University and Katie is a rising freshman on St. Josephs womens basketball team.

    MICHAEL MALONEAssistant Coach

    Michael Malone begins his fourth season as an assistant coach for the ClevelandCavaliers.

    Malone has been instrumental in the Cavaliers success since his arrival inCleveland, helping the Cavaliers reach at least the Eastern Conference Semifinals ineach of the past three seasons. During the 2006-07 season, Cleveland reached theNBA Finals for the first time in franchise history as they topped the Washington

    Wizards, New Jersey Nets and Detroit Pistons to claim the teams first Eastern Conference Championship.Clevelands run to the Finals followed a 50-win regular season for the second consecutive year.

    In addition to his coaching duties with the Cavaliers, Malone is currently an assistant coach with the CanadianMens Senior National Team. He was a member of Leo Rautins coaching staff during the 2007 FIBA AmericasOlympic Qualifying Tournament and helped lead Canada to a top-five finish which allowed them to compete in the2008 FIBA World Olympic Qualifier.

    Malone joined the Cavaliers after four seasons with the New York Knicks. Malone was an assistant coach withthe Knicks after he was promoted into that position in May 2003. In his first two seasons in New York, Malone wasthe Knicks coaching associate. He originally joined the Knicks as a coaching associate in the summer of 2001.

    Prior to joining the Knicks, Malone spent seven years in the college ranks. He served for two years (1999-01)as the lead assistant coach at Manhattan College following one season at the University of Virginia (1998-99).Malone spent three seasons (1995-98) at Providence College after beginning his coaching career at Oakland (MI)University.

    Malones passion for the game allows him to stay busy even during the NBAs offseason. Along with his currentcoaching responsibilities with Canada that began in 2007, Malone has spent previous summers coaching andteaching around the globe. During the summer of 2006, he participated in the NBAs Basketball Without Bordersprogram in Puerto Rico and coached at the Nike All-Asia Camp in China. The previous summer he participated inBasketball Without Borders in Argentina. In addition, he has been the head coach for the Cavaliers summerleague entry, the Knicks summer league teams for two seasons and was one of six NBA coaches to participate inthe NBA Pre-Draft camp in Chicago during the summers of 2004 and 2005.

    Malone played college basketball at Loyola College (MD) and graduated with a BA degree in 1994. Hegraduated from New Jerseys Seton Hall Prep and also attended Worcester Academy (MA).

    Michael is the son of former Cavaliers Head Coach and current Orlando Magic Assistant Coach BrendanMalone. Brendan, a 22-year veteran of the NBA, was named as an assistant coach for Cleveland prior to the startof the 2004-05 season and then was named the teams head coach on March 21, 2005. Michael is one of Brendanand his wife Maureens six children.

    Malone and his wife, Jocelyn, have two daughters, Caitlin and Bridget.

    STAN KELLERSAssistant Coach/Strength and Conditioning Coordinator

    Stan Kellers oversees the Cavaliers athletic performance management process.Kellers also maintains his assistant coach/strength and conditioning coordinator rolefor the Cavaliers which he began in August of 1996. He came to the Cavaliers afterworking at the Cleveland Clinic for 15 years, most recently as an exercise physiologistin the section of Sports Medicine.

    Kellers is responsible for coordinating strength, conditioning and flexibility programs for each member of theCavaliers team. In addition to developing in-season programs, he works individually with each player during theoffseason to prepare them for the rigors of an NBA campaign. In his role as process coordinator, Kellers worksclosely with the teams head athletic trainer and physical therapist to ensure each Cavaliers player is provided thehighest quality care, services and programs in the medical and strength and conditioning areas.

    Kellers is a graduate of Cleveland State University with a masters degree in exercise science. He and his wifeDana and two daughters, Shelby Lynn and Samantha reside in Olmsted Township.

    LLOYD PIERCEPlayer Development Coordinator

    Lloyd Pierce joined the Cavaliers coaching staff in October of 2007 as the teamsplayer development coordinator.

    Prior to joining the Cavaliers, Pierce played professionally in Mexico, Australia andGermany from 1999-2002 before heading to the coaching ranks at Santa ClaraUniversity as an assistant coach from 2002-2007.

    He attended Santa Clara University (1994-1998) and graduated with a Bachelor ofScience degree in business management. Pierce was a four-year letterman and made the NCAA Tournament twice.His team lost in the first round to Mississippi State in 1995 and beat Maryland in the first round and lost to Kansasin the second round in 1996. His team also won the West Coast Conference regular season championship in threeof four seasons. Pierce was voted an all-conference selection his senior season.

    He is a native of San Jose, California and currently resides in Cleveland.

    BASKETBALL STAFFMAX BENTONAthletic Trainer

    Max Benton started with the Cleveland Cavaliers as athletic trainer in July 2001. As the Cavaliers athletic trainer, Benton tends to the immediate medical needs of

    the teams players. Most of his athletic training time is spent in the area of preventivemedicine, treatment and rehabilitation.

    He came to Cleveland following six seasons as the assistant athletic trainer for theDenver Nuggets. While working as the Nuggets assistant trainer, he also volunteeredas an athletic trainer for the Denver Public School System.

    A 1995 graduate of the University of Colorado (CU), Benton was a student assistant in the CU sports medicinedepartment from 1990-95. He worked primarily with football, mens basketball and mens and womens track.Benton was also a student intern for the Denver Broncos training staff for two years and received the Pro FootballAthletic Trainers Ethnic Minority Scholarship in 1993.

    While doing his undergraduate work, Benton served as a student intern for the Colorado Rockies orthopedicsurgeon. He also taught a course in athletic training at CU as an undergraduate.

    The native of Fort Collins, CO., is a certified member of the National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA), theOhio Athletic Trainers Association (OATA), the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and is also aPerformance Enhancement Specialist (PES) and Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES).

    Benton volunteered in August 2001 at the United States Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, CO.,where he worked with athletes from volleyball, wrestling, taekwondo and swimming. In March of 2003, Benton wasselected to the USA Medical Staff for the 2003 Pan American Games in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic wherehe helped the U.S. Boxing Team win one gold, one silver and two bronze medals.

    Benton is serving his second two-year term (2007-09) as the Eastern Conference representative for the NationalBasketball Athletic Trainers Association (NBATA). He also serves on the scholarship committee for the NBATA andthe National Athletic Trainer Scholar, which gives scholarships to undergraduate, masters and doctorate students inthe field of athletic training. During June 2008, Benton served as athletic trainer for Basketball Without BordersEurope, in Istanbul, Turkey.

    Benton and his wife Jolynne are the proud parents of Emma.

    MARK CASHMANEquipment Manager/Travel Coordinator

    Mark Cashman was named equipment manager/travel coordinator for theCleveland Cavaliers in July of 2001. He handles all duties associated with theequipment for the team and also assists with the teams air and ground transportation,as well as accommodations for each road trip.

    Cashman served five seasons as the equipment manager for the Portland TrailBlazers from 1994-99. He also worked with the Minnesota Timberwolves for four

    seasons (1990-94) prior to joining Portland.Cashman, a native of Minneapolis, Minn., graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1994 with a degree in

    political science. He and his wife, Stephanie, reside in Lakewood with their children Andrew, Gregory, Zachary andCarlisle.

    MICHAEL MANCIAS Assistant Athletic TrainerMichael Mancias was named assistant athletic trainer in August 2005 after spending the 2004-05 season as

    the teams seasonal athletic trainer. He assists Head Athletic Trainer Max Benton and Head Strength &Conditioning Coordinator Stan Kellers in all aspects of player care including: injury prevention, treatment, andrehabilitation of Cavalier players both at home and on the road. In addition, Mancias also aids in implementingcorrective, maintenance, and prehab exercise protocols for all players.

    Prior to joining the Cavaliers, Mancias was assistant athletic trainer at the University of Texas-Pan American where he servedas lead athletic trainer as well as strength and conditioning coordinator for the Mens Basketball team. He has also worked at TheNBA Pre-Draft Camp, The Nike Desert Classic, and NBA Summer leagues in Atlanta, Boston, Orlando and Las Vegas. He has alsoserved two summer internships with noted trainer Tim Grover of ATTACK Athletics in Chicago. Mancias is a certified member of theNational Athletic Trainers Association and a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He also holdsPerformance Enhancement Specialist (PES) and Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) certifications from the National Academy ofSports Medicine.

    Mancias graduated in 2000 with a B.S. in Health Education from The University of Texas-Pan American. He is originally fromBrownsville, and resides in Lakewood.

    WES WILCOX Pro/College ScoutWes Wilcox was promoted to the position of pro/college scout in the summer of 2007 after spending the pre-

    vious four seasons as the Cavaliers advance scout. He plays an intricate role in the Cavaliers scouting process,covering minor leagues, the NCAA, the NBA and international basketball.

    Wilcox got his start as an intern with the Miami Heat in their scouting department in 2001-02. During the2002-03 season, he served as video coordinator for the New Orleans Hornets before joining the Cavaliers priorto the 2003-04 season as advance scout. In addition to serving as advance scout, Wilcox was promoted to assistant coach andmoved to the bench for the final 18 games of the 2004-05 season.

    Wilcox, a 2001 graduate of Cal-State Fullerton, is a native of La Habra, CA. He is recently married to Larisha and resides inCleveland.

    BRYANT MOORE Advance ScoutBryant Moore began his career with the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2005. This is his second season as a full-
