Case Presentation● 56 year old man w PMH of HTN, COPD, cholecystectomy comes in bright red blood per rectum for the past 5 hours associated with dizziness, palpitations, and sweating.

● VS: BP 157/85 HR 104 RR 20 Temp 98.6 O2 sat 97% RA

● PE: Unremarkable except for generalized abdominal pain, tachycardia, and BRBPR

● List common causes of LGIB
