Enrichmentour Sixth Form offers extensive opportunities for students to

take on responsibilities which make intellectual, social and moral

demands of them. the students are a strong positive presence

within the school, leading the active Student Council, undertaking

prefect duties, supporting younger students in their lessons,

taking part in the many extra-curricular opportunities offered

or helping lead clubs and charity events. Social and fund raising

activities provide an opportunity for team building and fun as

well as relaxation away from the pressures of academic study.

the strong international dimension to our curriculum was

recognised when we became the first school in the area to

gain the British Council’s International School award. We have

many overseas partners in Europe, asia and africa. Students

also embark on foreign travel to places as varied as uganda,

tanzania, thailand, China and India through our well-established

World Challenge scheme.

Pastoral Care and Guidancethe Sixth Form is supported by a strong pastoral system staffed

by some of the most experienced staff in the school. Every

student is allocated a tutor. through regular monitoring and

reporting procedures, tutors support and challenge their tutees

as necessary. the tutors play vital roles in the induction process

at the beginning of each year and through the university or

careers application process.
