presently being held in the Court Registry lnvestment System ("CRIS") 111 connection witli the

above captioncd action, together with all interest accrued thereon, to a nan-interest bearing

account under the Court's control (the "New Account");

1T IS FURTHER ORDERED that upon completion of the transfer, the Clerk of this Court

immediately provide by facsirnilc to the individuals listed below, an accounting of fund? held in

the New Account (the "Accounting"), including the amount in the New Accoullt, the amount of

intcrest earned on the transferred funds through thc dato of transfer, and the total CRIS fees paid

and due through thc dato of transfer;
