Terms and conditions

Mon – Fri: Minimum order value $50.00 per delivery Sat – Sun: Minimum order value $150.00 per delivery

Weekday orders under the minimum value of $50 are welcome however, they must be collected and paid for

Weekend orders under the minimum value of $150 are welcome however, they must be collected

All prices are GST inclusive

Published prices and availability may change without notice due to seasonal and/or supplier availability and cost

When ordering sandwiches, wraps, bagels, focaccias or baguettes 20% of the order will be vegetarian

We supply all disposable napkins, plates, cups and cutlery if appropriate, for all orders at no extra cost. Proper crockery, glassware, etc. are available for hire

Ideally we need 2 days notice for catering however, orders can be placed up to 2pm the previous day (we will accommodate depending on availability)

Trays, tongs, urns, tea chests, linen tablecloths, proper crockery, cutlery, glassware and jugs are the property of Aust Cafe Pty Ltd. When placing order, please confirm what time our staff should return to collect these items

Fees may be incurred for lost or damaged urns, trays, jugs, tea chests etc.

Feel free to contact us with any last minute orders as we may be able to assist (a surcharge of $15 may apply)

Cancellation Policy: A charge will be applicable for orders cancelled or changed on the day of the delivery

Food allergies: Customers with highly sensitive allergies should be aware that whilst all care is taken in the preparation of our food, we can’t guarantee that traces of certain food items will not be found in food prepared and cooked in our kitchen.
