The Fine Print Special Services

We are more than happy to assist you with any floral arrangements or décor to enhance your event. Please consult with us as all signs displays or decorations and their set up are subject to the prior approval of the hotel in accordance with local

fire codes and to prevent damage to the hotel. ~

We are also more than happy to assist with any after function activities such as group dinners and other events. Please contact your sales manager for ideas and coordinating options.

Banquet Menus

We are at your service to custom design a menu and to accommodate your special requests to ensure the success of your event. The final details of your event are to be submitted to your sales

manager at least 72 hours prior to your event.

Payment Policy A credit card authorization sheet must be submitted to your sales manager to secure your event. Authorization will be applied 3 days prior to event for the full amount. The Hotel has the right to

ask for a 50% deposit for all food and beverages functions.

Pricing All food and beverage charges are subject to a 11.25% sales tax,

AV equipment is subject to a 8% sales tax and meeting room rental is subject to 3.5% sales tax. To insure superior service, a 19% gratuity charge will be added to all functions .

Shipping and Receiving

All boxes must be labeled with meeting or group name, date of event, group on-site contact, and hotel event manager. The hotel cannot assume responsibility for any storage of boxes received more than three days prior to the event nor assume responsibility for damage or loss of an mer-chandise or articles left or sent the hotel prior to, during or following the function. Please inform

your sales manager in advance of any shipments you will make to the hotel.

Parking Valet parking is available at the front entrance on Grand Ave or guest may self park at the

indoor garage on Grand Ave and State Street. Parking fees apply.
