The LenSx® Advanced Diagnostic Testing and Premium Lens Package is designed specifically for individuals who wish to reduce dependence on glasses for distance, intermediate, and near.

The LenSx® Advanced Diagnostic Testing and Premium Lens package includes Laser Assisted Cataract Surgery and a premium lens as an upgrade to standard cataract surgery. Medicare or otherinsurances will cover the standard portion of your cataract surgery. Patients will be responsible for co-pays and deductibles.

The LenSx® Advanced Diagnostic Testing and Premium Lens Package includes:

A. Laser Assisted Cataract Removal with Astigmatic Reduction

• TheLenSx®lasertechnologycanprovidelaserprecisionformaking cornealincisions,thelenscapsulotomy,andbreakingthecataractin exactpieces.

• TheLenSx®lasermaybeusedtoreduceastigmatism.

B. ORA

• Intraoperativecomputerassistedwavefronttechnologytoselectthe optimumlenschoiceforyoureyegivingoptimalvisualresults.

C. Premium Lens Implant

The Standard Package is designed for those who select standard cataract surgery. Patient will be responsible for co-pays and deductibles.

The Standard Package includes:

A. Cataract Removal with a Phacoemulsifier Unit

B. Cataract Incisions Created with Standard Operating Scalpel

C. Monofocal Lens Implant

• Monoifocallensimplantshavebeenthestandardofcare throughouttheevolutionofmoderncataractsurgery.Monofocal lensimplantsfocusatasinglelocation(distance,intermediate,or near).

• Themonofocallensimplantcanbetargetedtoleaveyourvision morefordistanceornear.Astigmatismwillnotbecorrectedwith thestandardpackage.

• Glasseswillbeneededfordistance,intermediate,andnearvision.
