1. Sbavare esternamente il

tubo e pulirlo da eventuali

trucioli.

2. Oliare il tubo all’estremità

da inserire nel raccordo.

3. I raccordi ø20, Ø25, Ø32,

Ø40 sono premontati, quindi

per il montaggio dell’impianto

è sufficiente spingere il tubo

nella sede fino alla battuta nel

r a c c o rdo, ruotandolo su

se stesso per agevolare

l’inserimento.

4. Solo per ø50 e ø63 per facilitarne

il montaggio il dado é stato

assemblato sui raccordi senza

avvitarlo completamente. Quindi

una volta inserito il tubo, serrare a

fondo il dado,utilizzando la coppia

di serraggio riportata in tabella,

p e rmettendo alla pinza di

aggraffare il tubo.

1. Take off burrs from the

outside diameter of the tube,

clean it and remove any

drillings.

2. Add oil on tube end before

to insert the fitting.

Ø63. To facilitate the installation

fittings will be supplied

with unscrewed nuts. So once the

tube is duly insert nuts, have to be

tightened using the torque valves

specified whithin the following

table, in order to allow that the

collet will clamp properly the tube.

The measuring of compressed air pipeline can be done in different ways. We suggest an example of

calculation where we fix a total pressure drop of the installation at 4%.

- Data: To determinate the diameter of the tube it is necessary to know three basic

parameters:

- Working pressure: The most common case for compressed air pipelines pressure is 7 bar

- Pipeline length: It is meant as the development of the pipeline from the compressors to the

- Flow rate: It can be determined knowing the consume of the equipment that need to be

connected to the pipeline or knowing the declared flow rate of the

compressor.

To determinate such datum we create a table which summary the indicative

flow rates of compressors at 7 bar based on their power.

Il dimensionamento delle reti dell’aria compressa può essere effettuato in vari modi.

Noi proponiamo un esempio di calcolo in cui fissiamo una perdita di pressione totale

nell’impianto del 4%.

- Dati: La determinazione del diametro del tubo necessita della conoscenza di tre

parametri fondamentali:

- Pressione di esercizio: Il caso più comune è che l’impianto sia a 7 bar.

- Lunghezza dell’impianto: E’ intesa come sviluppo della linea dal compressore al punto di prelievo

dell’aria più lontano.

- Portata d’aria: Può essere determinata conoscendo il consumo delle apparecchiature da

alimentare o conoscendo la portata fornita dal compressore.

Per determinare tale dato riportiamo una tabella che riassume le portate

indicative dei compressori a 7 bar in base alla loro potenza.

SCELTA DEL TUBO / HOW TO CHOSE THE TUBE

Definiti i tre parametri che caratterizzano l’impianto da dimensionare: pressione, portata e lunghezza, è

possibile ricavare, dalla tabella che segue, il diametro del tubo da utilizzare per realizzare la linea

principale.

Dilatazioni e contrazioni termiche limitate / Expansion and shrinkage due to the heat

Tutti i materiali, sotto l’effetto delle variazioni termiche riferite alla temperatura di posa, si dilatano

all’aumentare o si contraggono al diminuire della temperatura. Per calcolare questa dilatazione - contrazione

lineare utilizziamo la seguente formula:

�L = dilatazione - contrazione lineare in mm

�T = variazione di temperatura tra quella di esercizio e quella di posa in °C

L = lunghezza tubo in m

a= coefficiente di dilatazione termica lineare che per l’alluminio é 0.024 mm/ m °C

Per compensare queste dilatazioni-contrazioni termiche é possibile utilizzare alcuni accorg i m e n t i :

• per il fissaggio del tubo utilizzare i collari 90810/90820 che consentono allo stesso di scorrere

• l’impianto deve essere posto in modo che all’estremità si preveda uno spazio che ne consenta la

dilatazione-contrazione, ed i supporti devono essere posizionati come in figura:

To compensate the heat expansion / shrinkage it is advise to

use few precautions:

• To fix tube please use the collars art. 90810/90820 so

that the tube can easily slide

• The installation have to be positioned, considering at the

two ends free space which permits the expansion -

shrinkage and supports have to be fixed as showed in the

above pictire:

Dalla tabella sopra riportata incrociando la riga della portata di 1750 Nl/min con la

colonna della distanza tra compre s s o re e utilizzo più lontano di 300 m si ottiene il diametro del tubo

cercato: 32 mm.

In base alla portata di 1750 Nl/min si sceglie un tubo per le calate del ø20.

Power of the compressors: 15 CV ( Flow rate of 1750 Nl/Min – see table page 1.06).

Distance between compressor and the most distant using point: 300 m

CHOSE THE TUBE FOR THE MAIN PIPELINE AND FOR THE OUTLETS

From the above table crossing the line of the flow rate of 1750 Nl/min with the column of the distance between

the compressor and the most distant using point of 300 m you will find the diameter of the tube: 32 mm

To chose the diameter of the tube for the outlet see the previous specifications about the flow rates and in this

case you will see that you have to use Ø 20.

condense which stays within the main

circuit and than it can be drained in the

most convenient point.

alternativa al tradizionale collo di cigno

ma si dimostra una soluzione più rapida

ed economica. L’efficace sistema

i n t e rno permette all’aria, senza

ridurre il passaggio, di giungere all’utiliz-

zo priva di condensa che rimanendo

nel circuito primario potrà essere così

drenata nel punto più conveniente.

La particolare geometria interna permette

l’applicazione sia in verticale che in

orizzontale. Nell’installazione orizzontale

accertarsi che i due fori interni siano rivolti

verso l’alto.

PRE-FILTRO

Il pre - f i l t ro é in grado di trattenere particelle solide di diametro fino a 5 micron inclusi liquidi, emulsioni e

particelle oleose. L’elevata resistenza meccanica lo rendono utilizzabile sia come mezzo di protezione

iniziale di un impianto d’aria compressa sia per trattenere le impurità di processo. La carta impregnata

dell’elemento filtrante é resistente all’acqua e all’olio.

PRE-FILTER

A protective filter suitable for the removal of solid particles down to 5 micron including liquids, emulsions and oil particles.

A long working life together with an excellent endurance to heat and abrasion make this filter the best initial protection

stage of the compressed air system. The impregnated paper of the element is oil and water tight.

IL PERCHE’ DEL FILTRO ARIA

L'aria compressa utilizzata negli impianti pneumatici industriali contiene una quantità superiore a 100

milioni di particelle contaminanti per m3; di queste, la stragrande maggioranza ha una dimensione così ridotta,

i n f e r i o re ai 5 micron, tale da non poter essere trattenuta dai normali filtri di aspirazione dei

c o m p ressori. Queste particelle mescolate al vapore acqueo ed all’olio generatosi durante la fase di

compressione, possono provocare usura e danni alle apparecchiature.

Diventa percio’ importante utilizzare appositi filtri per purificare l’aria da queste particelle contaminanti.

WHY AIR FILTER

C o m p ressed air used in industrial pneumatic equipment contains in one m3 m o re than 100 millions of

polluting particles, most of these particles are so small in dimension, less than 5 micron, that cannot be

intercepted by the standard inlet air filters installed in the compressors. These particles mixed with water and oil vapors

generated in the compression, cause the early wear and tear of the appliances and consequently they are the reason

for expensive interruptions of the production and remarkable increase the number of interventions for maintenance pur -

pose.That’s why it is extremely important to use proper filters to purify the air from these polluting particles.

FILTRO FINE

Il filtro fine é un filtro ad intercettazione in grado di trattenere particelle solide ed oleose fino ad 1 micron.

Sfruttando i principi dell’impatto inerziale dell’intercettazione e della coalescenza obbliga le particelle

submicroniche di liquido che lo attraversano, a collidere formando microgocce più grandi che, per gravità precipitano

nel fondo del filtro. La cartuccia filtrante é costituita da uno strato di micro f i b re di boro s i l i c a t o .

FINE FILTER

I n t e rception type filter suitable for hard and oil particles 1 micron. This fiter, by means of the impact,

i n t e rception and coalescing principles, compels the submicronic liquid particles, which from the inside strain

t h rough the element, to collide thus become larger micro d roplets which will drip the bottom of the filter

housing. The element itself is made in borosilicate.

MICRO FILTRO

Il micro filtro é un filtro a coalescenza per il trattenimento di particelle solide e liquide fino a 0.1 micron.

Il principio di funzionamento é del tutto simile a quello del filtro fine, differisce da questo solo per il grado di filtrazione.

Questo filtro permette di ottenere aria praticamente priva di olio.

MICRO FILTER

Coalescing filter for liquid and solid particles up to 0,1 micron. These filters are structurally similar to the

previous fine filter. The only difference lies in the fìltration degree. Air passing through this filter is pratically oil free.

FILTRO A CARBONI ATTIVI

Il filtro a carboni attivi viene utlizzato quando é richiesta aria priva, oltre che delle microgoccioline di olio, anche di odori

e vapori. L’elemento filtrante é costituito da un profondo letto di carboni attivi,esternamente rivestito da fibre di tenuta

che sfruttando il principio dell’adsorbimento attrae gli odori ed i vapori rimasti. Deve essere sempre preceduto da un fil-

tro fine o da un micro filtro.

ACTIVE CARBONS FILTER

There are treatment in the industrial plants which in addition to oil free air, require the elimination of oil vapors and odors.

For this purpose, the activated carbon filter through the absorption process, attracts all odors and vapors left after desoi-

ling and keep them on the surface of the activated carbon grain molecules. Owing to this, fine filter or micro filter have

to be placed before fìlters. The element is made by a thick activated carbon layer covered by a fiber coating kept in

place.
