anne kyyrö quinn’s acoustic wall panels are handmade using sustainable 100% wool felt making them an ecologically sound choice. The felt is natural, durable and versatile, suitable for commercial and residential projects. All products are custom made to individual, often site-specific requirements, offering unique, bespoke solutions for each client. Anne Kyyrö Quinn’s collections include a wide range of pattern structures, available in various colour options. The panels have been awarded the Good Design Award on three separate occasions.
The combination of natural felt and three-dimensional (3-D) patterning used in all Anne Kyyrö Quinn designs, has proven to be the main factor in their success as sound absorbers.
This signature three-dimensional surface technique has been engineered to provide greater surface area and flow resistance, critical in the absorption of sound. This enables the panels to significantly reduce ambient noise levels and reverberation in any environment.
The acoustic panels have been thoroughly tested and classified in accordance with International Standards (ISO) 354 and 11654, making them ideal for all spaces where noise control and reduction are a concern. Recent commissions include: hotels, boardrooms, home cinemas, courtrooms, airport lounges, and office meeting spaces. The panels can also be treated to meet flame retardancy specifications.

acoustic properties
All three-dimensional felt designs are ISO-classified as Class D absorbers, with a strong high-frequency efficiency rating. This makes all Anne Kyyrö Quinn patterned felts successful at controlling noise in mid to high-range frequencies (1000 Hz or greater). This is especially useful when needing to limit the noise from conversational speech, footfalls or high-pitched machinery/instrumentation.

acoustic properties
The acoustic panels are ISO-classified as Class A absorbers, the highest ranking awarded by the standard. The engineered 3-D surface pattern with the inclusion of 50 mm foam filling allows the panels to be highly absorbent (a >1). By controlling echoes and reverberation, this makes the panels highly effective in situations where strong sound absorption and speech intelligibility are required.
