IBM-T attaches the greatest and undue importance to internship programs and views the company as the appropriate place for training continuation process.
As part of their training, IBM-T students are required to complete an in-company internship at the end of every academic year.
These in-company internships represent an inestimable added value as they provide students with the chance to:
- Familiarize with corporate realities - Develop their critical capacities and professional curiosity, - Put into practice their theoretical knowledge acquired during class-training, - Facilitate professional integration
Various companies enable IBM-T students to carry on their internship every year as the expression of their confidence in our training system. Those internships run from 8 to 12 weeks and depend on the student’s training level.
It should be emphasized that as far as Bachelor third year and Master second year students are concerned, internship represents the last significant step towards degree validation.
Internships result in the defense of a memoire before a jury.
Bachelor third year students are required to complete entire unit credits before going for end-of-year internships. As for Master 2 students, they go for minimum 6 months full time internship starting from October.

To highlight the significant importance of English language in the process of training future managers, IBM-T organizes 2 months language-learning trip every year in England, the United States and South Africa, in addition to annual English courses, and the teaching of some curriculum subjects (unit credits) in English. This is a total immersion language program in an English-speaking environment to the benefit of our students.
This language-learning trip includes among other activities, English courses with our partners, accommodation in families, leisure-time activities and tours.
