With the Boska cheese curler, you can turn home cooking into a fine culinary experience in

no time. enjoy the semi-hard savory Swiss cheese Tête de Moine with a nice glass of wine.

The cheese curler slices off a very thin curl allowing the delicate flavor of this cheese to

develop surprisingly well. The P’tit Basque is a hard but mild sheep's cheese from the

Pyrenees which, just like the flavorful smoked Gouda, is delicious when

eaten lightly curled. A cheese curl also looks great on a cheese board.

The matching dome keeps the cheese fresh longer. For a

sweet dessert, use the curler to slice off sensational

chocolate curls.

raclette meal can be. This cheese dish warms up many a cold fall and

winter nights. In the summer, raclette is a great alternative to barbecue.

The name 'Raclette' is derived from the French word 'racler' which

means to scrape. You see, the raclette cheese is heated on one

side, after which the melted cheese is scraped off. Traditionally,

raclette cheese is eaten with potatoes, pickles and cocktail
