This Saturday December 10th 2016 monthly Auction Sale, our last of this year here at our new saleroom in Bourton, amounts to a grand 730 selected lots and includes very large specialist sections of Jewellery, Silverware, Fine Wines, Spirits, Champagnes and Port. A further good selection of quality lots suitable as Christmas gifts also compliments this most established of North Cotswold’s auction sales.

SALE TIME: at 10.00 a.m. with simultaneous selling of the Outside Effects.

BUYER’S NUMBERS will be used at this sale. Please register beforehand.

VIEWING: On the Friday afternoon prior to the sale from 1.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. and on the Morning of Sale from 7.30 a.m. until the sale time at 10.00am. As some items are not inspected by the Auctioneers prior to cataloguing, we strongly recommend that you telephone us before travelling a long way to view a specific item.

CAR PARKING: There are good car parking facilities. Please do not park between the Sale Room and the Royal British Legion Hall.

ATTENDANCE RISK: All Persons attending on the viewing and sale days do so entirely at their own risk and neither the Vendors nor the Auctioneers will be responsible for any accident, injury, damage or loss whatever or however incurred.

METHOD OF PAYMENT: All lots to be paid for before removal on the day of sale. Cheques from Persons not known to us only accepted up to the value of a valid cheque card, unless prior arrangements have been made with us, please telephone 01451 821666. We can now accept Debit Cards as payment for auction lots but regretfully not Credit Cards at this monthly sale. PLEASE NOTE; we regret we are unable to take Debit Card or Credit Card payments ‘over the Telephone’ after the sale.

COMMISSIONS: The Auctioneers will faithfully execute written commission bids without charge, but without accepting responsibility for any oversight. The Auctioneers will not be held responsible for any bids left with the sale porters & not left on proper commission bid forms. Telephone Bids can only be accepted on items deemed to have a value of over £1,000.

BUYER'S PREMIUM: The purchaser shall pay the hammer price together with a premium of 15% of the hammer price exclusive of VAT which will be added.

CLEARANCE: All lots must be cleared by 5.00 p.m. on the day of sale. Arrangements may be made through the Auctioneers to deliver furniture locally on the Monday following the sale, subject to an appropriate charge.
