Filling unit

The water tank is in conformance of the technical standards of the Federal Ministry for the Environment (KTW guideline) and DVGW (German Technical and Scientific Association for Water and Gas). Insulation of the tank helps to prevent its contents from freezing and overheating. Two sloshing baffles permit a transport speed of up to 80 km/h.

The filling unit serves as a simple and secure way to fill the tank. The design-protected construction ensures a free flow outlet as well as aeration, and at the same time protects against the entry of outside substances such as precipitation during filling. With a few simple pulls the lid can be deployed and locked into place.

The integrated supply device with a pumping head of up to 34 m allows for flexibility and a wide range of applications. Usage of the drain mount during tap operation is also possible without a pump.

Trailer for emergency supply of drinking water with tank capacity of 1000 litres (insulated) or 1100 litres (uninsulated). Due to its low total weight of 1500/1600 kg, the Versorger 1IP / 11P can be easily towed by trucks and most cars. Thanks to its integrated pump, the unit can be quickly and easily connected to local supply networks. Water shortage protection, back flow preventions, and pressure and control switches are also included.

Trailer for emergency supply of drinking water, tank sizes of 1000 litres (insulated) and 1100 litres (uninsulated). Application of tap operation without pump. Equipped with stainless steel filling unit and a lockable instrument casing from stainless steel. For the application of an external pressure increasing device a connector in the drainage mounting is integrated.

Drinking water container

The container has a tank capacity of 1000 litres (insulated) and 1100 litres (uninsulated). Equipped with a circulating, electroplated steel framework that allows crane loading even when the tank is full. When empty the tank can be manually operated with the supplied towing bar (included in delivery). The stainless steel filling unit and instrument housing are also included in delivery.

Tank module V1I K / V11 K

Container module with a capacity of 1000 litres (insulated) and 1100 litres (uninsulated), mounted on electroplated steel runners. As such the unit best functions in stationary usage or for use on vehicles, trailers, etc. Equipped with a stainless steel domed-lid with ventilation.

Integrated security: the lockable trailer hitch protects the trailer from theft attempts. An inlayed safety ball (included in delivery) also protects the trailer from being connected.

Aluminum corrugated sheet metal floor

Protects the underside of the tank from dirt and stones.

Mud guard fender cover from aluminum corrugated Only deliverable together with the above mentioned sheet metal floor. Protects the tank from dirt, stones, road salt, etc. that can be spun up during wheel rotation.

Reflective warning labeling red/white

Special reflective film that improves visibility on all sides thereby providing more security during transportation or when parked.

Hoses are often the weak point in hygiene safety in mobile drinking water supply. Those looking for a corrective remedy to this problem is in good hands with the VSD 60. Compact, high-performing, and affordable, the VSD 60 is thanks to its newly developed spray nozzle to securely disinfect hoses up to 25m in length and 3” in diameter. The most common adaptors for hose couplings are included in deliv-ery. The VSD 60 can also be used to disinfect piping and tanks. A suit-able spray lance will shortly be offered as an option.

For the application of the hose disinfection machine we recommend Sanosil-Solution. The corresponding disinfection material is based upon two base steps: hydrogen peroxide and silver. Effects of disinfection is achieved in two phases, based on the oxidizing and oxygen splitting effects of hydrogen peroxide and the oligodynamic effects of silver. The combina-tion of both of these base elements results in an impressive duplication of their effects. Sanosil-Solution is ready to use—mixing or other initial preparations are not necessary. Proof of concentration is achieved through test strips. Sanosil-Solution is available in packages from 500 mL to 10 kg.
