One of the biggest concerns of any wire harness manufacturer is the very high cost of the test boards, electrical fixtures and test equipment like analyzers. Aware of this situation, Profit Manufacturing has been developing and testing several devices that can be able to make the test effectively but at the same time keep an affordable price and a very low maintenance cost. In order to reach this objective, Profit Manufacturing has signed training contracts and distribution arrangements with leader companies worldwide in key products that are actually applied to many equipment in the wire harness industry. Some of these enter-prises are SMC©, worldwide leader in pneumatic devices, and Maytec©, manufacturer of extruded aluminum, among others. Some steps are listed before you have one assembly board (or production line with dupli-cated boards) to start the manufacture of your wire harness. Profit Manufacturing can help you to accomplish them.

Profit manufacturing Support ♦ Evaluation of drawings to determine the components required in the assembly board to fulfill the quality

specs. We can help you to evaluate the best production method and work stations required to accomplish the production rate.

Customer Step Receive drawing of the wire harness from your customer, with dimensional specs, components and definition of orientation

Profit manufacturing Support ♦ Design of the master assembly board. This board will help to determine and improve the manufacture

method, and will be the pattern for the rest of the duplicated assembly boards as well. ♦ For the approval of the master board and the components mounted in it, there are two ways:

1. Video conference, where you can evaluate all components, see the manufacture of wire harness in the assembly board with one of our highly skilled operators and learn the method.

2. Send one people of your own to evaluate the board on site. Important note: Raw material for the assemble of the wire harness must be provided by your com-pany.

♦ Manufacture of wire harness samples. We only assemble the components, but in some cases we can crimp, weld and cut the wires.
