Thanks to our heaters you can definitevely quit the use of welding torch and you can even work near parts sensible to heat like cables or pipes, without the risk of damaging them: with the induction technique, heat is generated directly inside the metal itself. While the welding torch brings the surface temperature of the metal to more than 3000°C modifying inevitably the characteristics of the metal itself, induction heating generates heat directly inside it at a depth of 5mm only in the requested point: it is su�cient to stop heating at a temperature of 500/600°C to carry out the most common operations of straightening, bending, replacing of bolts and bearings.

THE VERSATILITY OF CUSTOMIZATIONThanks to the incredible versatility of our machines, it's possible to command them with computerised processes through PLC, timer or other systems. By connecting pyrometer, thermocamera or other measuring tools you can control the working temperature in order to achieve an absolute precision when heating. The customisation of the heating inductor allows the installation of the machine on any industrial plant, through the study of a solution created specifically for your needs.

THE TECHNOLOGY INSIDE TEKNELTeknel machines are run by a powerful microprocessor ARM-Cortex M4 of latest generation with exclusive DIP (Digital Induction Processing) technology; it guarantees at the same time a complete reliability of the process, a high precision in the regulation and a high level of adaptability to the di�erent working conditions.All the devices on our power boards are mounted using the Surface Mount Technology, which guarantees an incredibly higher quality and reliability of the circuits compared to the obsolete PTH technology. Besides, SMT allows to have lower resistance and inductance at the connection and better EMC performance, which guarantee a rate of faults of our electronics below 0,5%.

ECO-LOGICDespite their high power, consumption of Teknel induction heaters is really low: this is due to very short working times. Machine designed to carry out various body shop works with 4 interchangeable tools: dent removal tool, label removal tool, windshield removal tool and bolt removal tool. It's the ideal machine to dismantle every kind of material glued on metal support without damaging the piece that has to be dismantled. It allows to unlock rusty bolts, to remove paint, to remove thermal rear windows, side windows, moldings, sound deadening sheaths, insulating sheaths, stickers without leaving any glue residue. With the tools for removing stickers, windscreens and bolts it's even possible to work on aluminium.

The power cable of the machine and the tool cable are both 3 metres long, so it's possible to work up to a total distance of 6 metres. The machine is equipped with sound signal, has a powerful cooling fan and a strong stainless steel handle. Moreover the button to start the induction is situated direclty on the tool, not on the pedal: this means that it is much more comfortable to work even in the most di�cult places (for example to remove a sticker on a coach), without the need of moving continuously a pedal button.

Machine designed to repair the damaged plastic parts of the car body. Through a temperature-controlled air jet it is able to melt some plastic rods which will interact and amalgamate perfectly with the repaired part, assuring better resistance and elasticity. No smoke inhalation during this working and welding phase, also thanks to a special pistol. Possibility to regulate the temperature directly on the pistol, digital thermometer on it.
