Koni 2000 oblique cutting system

For perfect, rapid and simple cutting of parallel, oblique or trapezoidal sheets from the coil or from blanks, up to a thickness of 0.80 mm. An operator-friendly programmable control system calculates the set position of the special cutting head and of the cross-cutting shears. As the material is fed in the cutting head moves in accordance with the preset angle. A roller cutter for trimming the material makes handling easy and flexible. The SPM 30/80 serves as a basic machine with the following components:

• LM - electronic length measurement in units of 1 mm and two-speed drive for slow intake and runout. • HYT – Hydraulic HSS - segmented blade cutting device with automatic separation cut, suitable for all metals. With hardened profile guides for burr and distortion-free angled cuts. These are automatically moved into position when setting the width on the profiling machine. Panel roller former

Standard for the manufacture of plug-in seam panels. Roller former QuadFlex

On the basis of the successful developments to the Quadro profiling system, the QuadFlex was

developed as a flexible profiling unit for various profiles. The machine is extremely sturdily

constructed, and equipped with pivoting and interchangeable cassettes. The 14 profiling

stations can also be used to produce complex profiles.

A special control system and electrically operated cross-cutting enable a fully automated

process.

The following profiles have so far been created for the QuadFlex according to customer requirements:
