The evolution of SIL was significant, from

the beginning, with a small production

of electric wires and cables just to meet

the demand of the store network Elétrica

Danube , same owner until the current

structure , an industrial park in Guarulhos

( SP ) with a production capacity of 26

thousand tons per year and over 400

employees, involved and committed to

making this bigger and better industry in

the country.

Achievements over time are numerous and are reflected in the market:the presence of the brand in more than 6,000 points of sale all regions

of the main home centers and distributors in the country, the awards

conferred by industry representatives and trade, and the image of

safety and quality built since. Currently, SIL brand products are found

in all capital cities and interior of the country. Its main markets are

Southeast and South regions, but also stand out from the good levels

of presence in the Northeast, where register significant growth of its

share over the years.

A strong brand presence is a consequence of the company´s concern

with the quality of raw materials, and its products, manufactured

within the current standards, and maintenance of commercial political

based on ethics and transparency, which allows it to compete soresponsible for the strong competition in the segment.

The changes occurred because the market demanded and because itwas understood that the consumer needs the best.

Over the years, the company has developed the ability to adapt to the

needs of a competitive and dynamic market and a consumer looking

for security, more durable product and a very reliable brand.

The electrical wires and cables SIL are manufactured with pure high

purity copper, with several being evaluated and rigorous testing.SIL

is certified by the standard of the quality management system, ISO

9001, and its products, INMETRO (National Institute of Metrology,

Standardization and Industrial Quality). The company is also associated

Qualifio - Brazilian Association for the Quality of Electric Cable & Wire,

the entity that works the monitoring of products in this segment

as well as its incorrect installation, and submit your products tocompulsory certifcation by TÜV.

Because it is a HEPR90°C insulated cable, its electrical current capacity is higher when compared with the PVCinsulated cable. It must be installed according to the NBR 5410 Standard.
