Castle iPad application universal features and navigation will include:
1. TitleConfirms the title of the section or specific screen
2. Navigation BarNavigation bar options include contextual navigation e.g. Back 'Labelled' buttonsGesture: Tap Back to display the previous screen
3. FiltersFilters are used to present the same content according to different views
4. Edit/CustomiseThe Edit function features on screens which give users the ability to manage (add, edit, re-order, remove) content
5. ContentContent will occupy the primary real estate on screen to maximize the viewing experience
6. Baseline navigationNavigation conventions will include 'more dots' and/or 'page numbers' for swiping between articles
7. Menu barThe main menu will include:- Latest (Tap to 1.0)- Dashboard (Tap to 2.0)- Dashboard (Tap to 3.0)- My Research (Tap to 4.0)
- Settings (Tap to 5.0)- Help (Tap to 6.0)

About this page: All users are asked to sign in prior to accessing the iPad app. If users choose not to sign in they can tap anywhere outside of the pop-over to access the Latest screen only.
1. Identity/BrandingIHS and Castle branding confirms the identity of the application
2. Sign InSign In pop-over allows registered users to enter their username and password to access the app. Gesture: Tap username to enterGesture: Tap password to enter
Note. Sign In pop-over automatically displays unless registered users identify that they wish to stay logged in (via settings)
3. Agreement to T&CsRegistered users are required to agree to license agreement. If users select to read the license agreement, web view displays with the option to return to Sign In 0.1
4. 'Sign in' buttonIf user's entries are valid, on tap of 'Sign In', load 1.0 Latest Screen. If user is not valid a pop-over will display with invalid message.
5. Forgot your passwordRequest password pop-over displays, requesting users to enter their email address to receive password re-set details.
6. Learn More App Web View ExperienceIf users tap Leanrn More an in-app web view will display giving access to IHS Castle leanrn more info. Gesture: Users can tap 'Done' to return to the Sign In

On successful sign in, display Latest Screen. When accessing the app for the first time, users will see language and content tailored to first time users.
1. Application Title & IHS LogoConfirms the identity of the application
2. Latest Analysis (upper pane)Users 'pull-down' to refresh content.Default modules to include:
• Latest Analysis (max 10 items / option for users to tap 'More Top News' to more posts.
• Country Analysis• Industry Activity & Analysis• Global Energy Insight
Gesture: User gestures within modules arediscrete from gestures used to navigate the app.
3. My Research (lower pane)Tap My Research to display section.My Research will include 2 display states:
• a) User account - no associated research groups. 1 x research folder will display as empty and encourage the user to create a research group
• b) User account - 3 associated research groups. The fourth research folder will display as empty and encourage the user to create a research group
• c) User account - <4 associated research groups. The 'add research folder' option will be within My Research
Note. Users can 'pull up' to reveal Latest Folders/Bookmarked Data.
Gesture: On tap hold of a research group show index. On tap load corresponding screen. User can swipe left to reveal more research groups (if applicable).

About this page: The first time user experience for the 'My Research' panel if users have not synchronized the app with their Castle web account
1. My Research (lower pane)1 x research folder will display as empty andencourage the user to create a research group.

• Folder Name (max. 25 characters)• Description (max. 25 characters) (not

Will require a highlight state to show the label has been selected.
Gesture: On tap 'Create' Research folder, popover closes and 1st Add Research slot becomes the newly created research folder. The items in the folder will be set to 0. About this screen: Users can view search automatic suggestions.
1. SEARCH - Countries and OrganizationsOn tap of Search, display auto-suggest pop-over and slide in keyboard.
Auto-suggestions pop-over When user enters a search term, the systems auto-suggests. The auto suggestions are displayed in a pop-over.
Suggestions will include Countries and Organizations (in order of relevance).
To distinguish between Countries and Organizations:
• Countries - display text 'Country' • Organizations - display text 'Organization'
Tap 'Search' in keyboard or tap auto suggestion in list to configure.
Tap 'Clear' in the pop-over to clear all search auto suggestions.

1. EDIT Searches - Step 1Once a user taps 'edit', options include:

2. REMOVE INDIVIDUAL SEARCHES - Step 2Once a user taps 'delete button control', options include:

About this screen: Users can view saved research associated with their user account. Saved research is displayed as individual items or saved research folders.
1. TITLE - My Research
2. HISTORY/READ LATERUsers can access their research history and read later.
3. FILTERUsers can filter Research Folders by 'Date' (latest date) or 'Name' (folder title).
4. ADD RESEARCH FOLDER On tap of 'Add Research Folder', users can create a new research folder. Refer to 4.1
5. RESEARCH FOLDEROn tap of a research folder, load corresponding research folder screen with content displayed.
If there are more than 12 x research folders, users can swipe up to reveal more.
