From the CastleBranch home
page, click the“Order Online”
tab.
Click“Submit OnlineOrder Request”
Next, enter youruser name andpassword and click “submit.”
For demo purposeslets use:
username: AS70password: demo

Passwords are casesensitive
Next, enter theapplicant's indentifying
information andclick “Continue.”
This is your order from request.
Let's select the“Standard Package”
from the list andclick
“Order My Package”
Now you will be askedto enter the requireddata for each searchthat is a part of your
package.
This is an example ofwhat is required
for a county- criminal search.
Once you have completedentering the data you
will be brought back tothe order form request.
If you are done with theapplicant, click “Continue.”
To edit information or delete an item,
click the respective icon

“Submit Order.”

column. This will indicate if a background
check requires yourattention to review.

Here you can view a real-time status of
the results

to view results in a PDF
format.
“Search” allowsyou to search for
a particularapplicant.
Here you can view
the orders you have“hidden” from yourmain order screen.
Using the icons above, you can
“un-hide” or“delete” an order.
Orders will be “Archived”after being
completed forat least one
year.
