This year’s IFMA Foundation Gala (Foundation Gala) will be a night to remember! The sights and sounds of our Casino Royale are sure to bring in a great crowd where participants can “gamble” the night away in support of the Foundation and its mission to encourage FM as a “Career of Choice.”

This year participants can use their “winnings” to obtain items provided by you! It’s a great way to feature your company, your products, your chapter or your city while supporting the Foundation!

We’re looking forward to featuring large items, small items and everything in between. Remember, this is the Foundation’s larg-est fundraiser of the year, so your participation and donation are very important to the success of the event. This will be a fun night and your donation is appreciated in spades (and hearts, diamonds and clubs) !

1. Complete and return the auction donation form to the Foundation by October 1, 2019.2. Item descriptions will be displayed at the Foundation Galaon informational signage and digital photo

provided. This information is printed in advance of the event so please make sure your item descriptions are accurate and complete.

3. Donors will be acknowledged clearly and prominently on the item description sign and all listings of donated items.

4. Please ensure your item(s) are display ready when they arrive in Phoenix. Our volunteers have very limited time to set up the display prior to the opening of the Foundation Gala. Give them a hand by making sure all they have to do is set out your items and related information. Items not ready for display or shipping may not be displayed during the Foundation Gala (at the discretion of the volunteer coordinator).

5. Large Items (i.e. chairs) should NOT be shipped to the event location or Houston. Your description and a digital photo or product flyer) will be used during the event. We ask that you make arrangements to ship the item directly to the winner after the event. On the donation form, please confirm that you will cover shipping costs and make note of any geographic restrictions.

6. Gift Baskets should be shrink wrapped in advance or ensure they are otherwise “ship ready.” Many winners will want to take their item home in their checked baggage or ship via UPS/FedEx.

7. Gift Cards and Gift Certificates are always very popular items! These donations help our volunteers put together spectacular item packages or purchase other items. Complete the donation information form below and mail/ship your gift card/gift certificate to the IFMA Foundation offices in Houston prior to the event

8. Check and Credit Card Donations: When coming up with a donation item is not practical or you have just run out of time, your monetary donation is greatly appreciated! Just complete the donation form and follow
