Cashco History to Present

1917- The A.W. Cash Company was incorporated in with production

operations located in Decatur, Illinois.

1972 - The name was changed to Cashco, Inc.

1976 - Cashco moved from Decatur to Ellsworth, Kansas.

1985 - Cashco was taken private.

1998 - Purchased Valve Concepts, Inc. Houston, TX. Since purchasing

VCI, Cashco has expanded division by developing an extensive

vent valve line.

1999 - Purchased Kaye & MacDonald factory in West Orange, NJ. This

line of valves added high flow and high purity regulators.

2002 - Purchased Sensiflo in Colton, CA.

The Cashco Model D is one of the most versatile regulator you can by. Most can be used on air, water,

gas, and steam with a single construction style reducing stock room inventory.

The Cashco Model 1000HP has a unique flow design pattern. The diaphragm is placed away from

direct flow which does not allow cavitation, erosion or high steam pressure drops to impede on the

diaphragm.

The Kaye MacDonald DA1 has balanced trim as a standard design, which does not allow the upstream

pressure to effect the operation of the valve. Due to the design of the DA1 you can greatly reduce the

problems other regulators may have with droop and rangeability. The DA1 Cv greatly exceeds all other

product offerings in the marketplace.

The Kaye MacDonald DA3/DA4 offers tight control on outlet pressures. This is accomplished by loading

the dome of the regulator instead of using a spring. The spring process can often create droop whereas

the dome design will allow 0 droop.

The Cashco Model 2266 can be used in applications from steam to cryogenic liquid applications. It

offers a small actuator size for smaller units thus eliminating the need to use a positioner while reducing

unnecessary costs.

control valve offers quick change trim and live

loaded packing with a patented torque indicating

The Cashco Ranger QCT is available in steel, S/S and ductile iron. This unit can handle temperatures

from -320 F to 750 F with a body rating of 600 psi rating.

SALES SOLUTIONS The Cashco 520/521 Teflon Valve is constructed

from a solid piece of forged TFE, then encased in

304 S/S outer shell. This allows this control valve

to handle an absolute vacuum. The forged TFE is

a thicker material that helps reduce permeation of

chemicals through the material.

The Model 520/521 is equipped with a sensing port on the bonnet. This can provide you with a signal if

your bellows fail. This signal allows you to monitor the bellows giving them the ability to make repairs

before the process is leaked into the atmosphere. The Model 520/521 is an excellent product for

chlorine or lethal applications. When considering this valve, remember to ask yourself if your application

has a lined pipe, you should use the 520/521.

The Cashco Model 764 Temperature Controller starts in price around $350.00. Once Cashco’s reliability

has been proven, this product allows the salesperson to introduce the complete Cashco product line.

The Model 764P and 764T can be mounted together in a primary/secondary process control system to

ensure temperature control on a secondary process while preventing the inlet header pressure from

dropping below a point that could disrupt primary processes.
