As presented to you, we are a Web Producer, filled with Weblovers. As requested, here are

some more data about our routine and standarts of work.

Our company priors High Performance programming and execution of projects, taking care

of webpages that deal with a high volume of visitors and demands.

• Our programming techniques previews the acess of 10.000 simuntaneous users

demanding the minimum structure (servers) possible.

• We´ve done websites that have up to a Billion monthly visits.

• Some websites and hotsites attend a National coverage demand, with punctual

advertising on national TV, demanding a high volume of acess in a short timespan.

• Our clientes have a combined Brandvalue of more than U$20 Billion and trust us to

represent their brands.

Concept Planning

Some projects done by us come from advertising agencies, therefore, this ones arrive quite in a package, well

prepared and ready for the heavy-work. On the other hand, direct clients, such as Arcoweb and Porto Seguro,

demand more care and leaves us space for concept studies and strategy planning in order to reach the best outcome

according to the Persona it aims to serve. We also provide Consultants in Web Technologies to some clients.

Wireframe & Layout

Our team of dedicated designers create the image of the interface with elegance and sintony, according to the client

tone of Communication, whether requiring a new brand identity or following pre-existing guidelines.

Information Architecture

We evaluate the usability and process of navigation in our products, app or websites, aiming always the best experience

to the final user. Based on the layout and wireframe presented to the client or by an Intermediator Ad Agency, we

develop the information structure, content categories, sitemaps, models of navigation, etc.

RWD (Responsive Web Design)

All our products are produced in RWD, being this feature of high impact in our clients satisfaction and usability response.

Programming (Front- and Back-ends)

Most of our weblovers are passionate programmers who are always finding new ways to deliver the most interesting results

and new techniques to our clients.

Custom CMS

We also have a home Content Management System, which can be carefuly personalized to the needs of each portal,

whether the focus is on News, Sales, Games, or User Interactivity. Each System is evaluated and redisegn to match the

client´s need.

Content

Not working in the scope of this RFP, we also develop web content, such as Social Media Management, News coverage,

and other creative media development.

Porto Seguro is one of the Biggerst

Insurance Copanies in Brazil, and

AUTOJOVEM is a new innovative

relationship program to Young

Drivers covered by a Special

Insurance.

The program evaluates statistics

from the drive´s way of driving

collected y a radar implemented in the car, such as average speed,

driving hours, and night hours driving

- emerged in a gamification

environment where the Young

Drivers receive discounts in their next

Insurance renewal according to

theperformance evaluated throughout the year.

This account was previously held by

an Ad Agency, RIOT, and after some

time with low return, the client

decided to change perspectives by

implementing new Web Smart

solutions for the newly created

Insurance Program – AUTOJOVEM.
